I am sharing my actual, first-hand experience using services at TMGM:
Sudden Account Suspension: I participated in Copytrading on the platform, but my account was abruptly frozen/locked without any clear explanation or specific evidence of violation.
Opaque KYC Process: I fully cooperated and completed all verification steps, including the requested Video KYC. However, after completion, TMGM went completely silent and provided no updates on the processing status.
Evasive Customer Support: Communications via Email and Live Chat only yielded template, generic responses that completely dodged my core questions.
Flagging/Deleting Reviews: My previous feedback was repeatedly flagged and taken down. I confirm this is a 100% genuine user experience, and I am ready to provide transaction proof/screenshots upon request from Trustpilot.
Resolution Requested: I request TMGM management to review this case and provide a clear, transparent response.

1- Trading Gold CFD through Islamic accounts is not backed by physical gold. It is offered as a Contract for Difference (CFD). It is a derivative product that tracks the price of gold and does not involve the purchase, ownership, or physical delivery of gold.
2- TMGM does not hold certification from a specific Islamic regulatory or Shariah certification body for its Swap-Free Accounts.
3- TMGM does not engage an independent Islamic third party to perform annual Shariah-compliance audits of its Swap-Free Accounts.
4- TMGM does not have a Shariah-compliance department that ensures the accounts are operated in compliance with Shariah.
