Terrible communication and product is bad quality. There is no urgency or care for the consumer. We purchased blinds and within a year, all 7 of them had to be either replaced or repaired which took months. From the first time I notified them of the issue to it being fixed has been over 9 months.

Wynstan came when they said they would, measured up accurately, and installed it very well indeed. Very happy with the screen they put in.

Both sales person and installer were professional and informed in regard to product.
Both booked in appointment times to which they adhered to.

Service was good communication from tradesmen but information about manufacturing timeline was poor

I had 2x double sliding Crimesafe security doors installed on 2 patios, one flight 12 stairs. The job was assesed/ quoted prior so they were aware what was required and it was a brand new house. Unfortunately, the installer TOMMY ? first forgot BOTH frames after taking a day off work. I asked him to call Wynstan to find out where they were, but he didn't, He said he needs to check if they are at home first. So in other words it wasn't getting finished that day. I had to ask him to be careful with walls as he had trouble turning around the hallway, I said shouldn't you have two people, he said they don't pay enough and there is minimal turning. He asked for a dustpan for the balcony. I said why haven't you used dropsheets, as there were metal shavings in both carpeted areas. I gave him a old sheet but he never moved it to the other room and the shavings were already in the carpet, (I found them after he vacummed with my vaccum)
The WORST ISSUE a witness and myself heard a him drop a heavy tool walking down the open style staircase. We sore him pick a tool up from the stair and walk out the front door with 2 metal tools. I told the witness I better check for damage, I couldn't see damage from the bottom (just had ankle surgery & had to go upsairs a few times already). I thought he dropped the tool on 6th step but it was the 8th step so didn't realise till he left. It has a chip that was definetly not there previously. I texted the witness and said he did actually damage the step. It is $430 +gst to repair and Wynstan have basically called me a liar. The installer was so careless & unprofessional and so is the company's responses. They would not accept liability and offered one year extra warranty but it appears it is worth nothing from this expoerience and other goggle reviews? It shouldn't break in 3-4 years anyway. The cost was $6,511 for 2x sliding doors.

From start to finish, this was a diabolical experience. Despite having two separate site visits for measurements, the blinds were still manufactured to the wrong size.

The delays were significant, and throughout the entire process there was no apology, accountability, or proactive communication. I had to continually chase updates myself, and phone calls that I was promised simply never happened.

Customers should also be aware that the installation is outsourced to contractors rather than carried out by Wynstan staff. When issues arise, you are left dealing with multiple parties, with each blaming the other instead of taking ownership and resolving the problem.

To make matters worse, after all of the inconvenience and frustration, I was promised a refund. Instead, I was sent a voucher. Given my experience, there is no chance I would use Wynstan again, so the voucher was effectively worthless and felt like yet another broken promise.

Poor measurements, lengthy delays, constant chasing for updates, broken commitments, and a complete lack of accountability made this one of the worst customer experiences I've had. I would not recommend Wynstan to anyone.

Our blinds look great. Professionally handled from measurement, through manufacture , to installation.

Glenn, the Salesman who came to do the measure and quote, arrived right on time, he was very polite, had great knowledge of the product and was keen to offer us a special discount, which clinched the deal.
Nathan, the Installer, also arrived on time. A very professional tradesman. He installed the Crimsafe sliding security door in a prompt manner. It fitted perfectly and it looks great. It also feels very secure and safe.

The product is very good and the installation was done very well.
The only thing we were not very happy was a long waiting time (12 weeks).

I am extremely happy with the end result of my curtains and blinds - Bruce, Courtney and John were wonderful to deal with and although there was an issue with my curtains initially the problem was rectified quickly and without fuss - they were installed prior to a family event which was really appreciated

All staff have been friendly and professional, and I am very pleased with my new Crimsafe door and window. Thank you.

From the start WYNSTAN have been great, they were on time and very professional. The security screens and door look great and Taylor the installer was very efficient and neat and tidy, even cleaned up after. Great job WYNSTAN keep up the good work.

Great service, quote was fast and efficient and installation by Simon was very professional. Ladies in the office were lovely and helpful too. The product looks great (shutters). The only downside was the wait for product to be made and shipped from China as it took 10ish weeks which we were advised about. Otherwise a great experience!
