X1 Sales & Lettings Reviews 

By far the worst letting agent you can deal with. They closed down my maintenance issue without even attending. They did not want to provide me with landlord’s address when requested. I have had a maintenance issues now for 25 weeks which affects me everyday. They do not respond to emails, and managers are never available for calls. If you feel you have been treated unfairly by them go to the property ombudsman as they do not use there own complaints procedure.

A first class service from Robert McGowan in the sales department. He went over and above to ensure my recent sale completed. My buyers were painfully slow to respond and the whole process was so incredibly frustrating. Somehow Robert managed to keep the sale moving despite the numerous times I felt like pulling out and giving up. Thank you Robert for all your hard work, your dedication and determination was much appreciated!

My experience of viewing and applying for one of the flats was great, and mostly thanks to Elisha. Elisha was super helpful and quick in her replies which made the process much easier!

If i could give 0 stars I would.
Never have I ever delt with such terrible letting agency. Firstly, when we bought our flat off plan we were sold the apartment including a parking spot. Since we are international clients they clearly thought they could pull the wool over our eyes, which they did. We were unfairly sold this apartment as the parking space is not even useable. Then, don’t even get me started on the Lettings agency… X1 Sales & Lettings are overly priced and their cost does not mirror their service. We had a full management service with X1 Lettings but anytime we had to send an email to our “Senior Account Manager” we would almost always be ignored or not contacted. It feels like all they want is your money and don’t care about the landlord. If we ever did get a response it always felt like we were talking to an automated robot and emails were being put through AI. They take money from your landlord float without double checking with the landlord. They are passive aggressive over email. If I ever try and call and leave a message I never get called back. Communication at X1 is shocking. The “senior” account managers are lacking in experience and their line managers don’t step in to assist when they really should be. Truly have nothing positive to say about X1 and am so glad to be leaving their management service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY.

Elisha was great, from start to finish she kept me informed and ensured I had everything I needed. She was very supportive and happy to jump on a call and chat through things as and when needed.

peter and michael were great hosts, i hope there are more game nights in the future

Peter and Micheal were really good hosts, they made sure we ate and had food and got to know as many people as possible! It was a really fun experience and we definitely want more event like this in the future.

Meeting the other tenants, playing games, and enjoying the food and beverages provided was a pleasurable experience. I much appreciate the hosting provided by both Peter and Michael. They made my time more enjoyable!

The events are great- hosted by Peter and Michael. Great way to get to know people and get everyone together.
Great location to University of Salford.The accomodation overall has a few maintenance issues such as plumbing and doors not opening.

I had a really good time . It was really nice, as everyone was friendly.

My experience off being shown around and any questions I had with Elisha was spot on she new her stuff was on time and was polite so all round good experience the studio was just little to small and the 1 bedroom flat was nice but I decided I wasn’t going to take it as I had seen something else I liked better but X1 sales good letting agency would highly recommend them.

X1 has always been a lovely company to work with, and I have been for three years running as summer staff. The staff are bubbly, knowledgeable and really care about their tenants and landlords. I would particularly like to mention Roisin, who has always been lovely, extremely hardworking, and has really made me feel like part of the team. You can tell she really cares about providing a high standard of service! I cannot recommend her and X1 enough, especially the Liverpool team.
