Blinds good quality and arrived well packed and on time. One blind was clearly the wrong size and although photos were sent 2 weeks ago, additional photos requested and speed and quality of response not good. Still waiting.....

Average, I’ve been waiting on an item that didn’t get delivered with my latest order, the customer service has been very slow in sorting this out. I’ve had 2 previous orders with this company which went well. So I don’t know if something has changed?

I have been waiting for these blinds for weeks and still not received them.

Great wooden blinds! Bought it for my dining room. Looks very good! Before buying, I ordered some samples to make sure I chose the right one. Samples arrived pretty fast, so all I had to do was make measurements and make a decision.Blinds came about 10 days after I ordered them, in a good cupboard and besides being a big size for my blinds, they weren't heavy. Also, I found a video on their website that explains in detail how to assemble blinds. It was very handy. On the same day of delivery, I already was with the blinds on my window. So I'm happy!

Good product, no instructions, had to cut valence myself. Tilt wouldn't work but nice woman on helpline and website guide helped me to sort out.

Excellent service..once again..from this company. Easy to use website, good update on order delivery etc. the product was made and dispatched as stated. The colour choices are brilliant..you can change the look of a room at a very reasonable price.

Ordering was straight forward. Delivery a nightmare, arrived in 4 separate parcels i had to constantly contact these as the blinds ended up on a wild goose chase.
Not good quality and the sizes are off by a good bit. Look ok when up but would not purchase from this company again. Feel conned as website is “wooden blinds direct” i purchased blinds named “woodlux” yet they are pvc. My fault should have read the small print but false advertising at its finest!

Ordering made easy because I gave the actual measurements, delivery was good.
I was delighted with the end product although I knew what the product was like as I’ve now completed the whole house with the same blinds so delighted with my purchase.

I have used this company time and time again, and every single time I am impressed.
I am also a fan of the faux wood blind because they are easily wipeable and they are so good to look at you cannot tell they are not wood. Fantastic for bathrooms and kitchens where moisture is present. I use them everywhere anyway great quality always cut perfectly size And they fit. I have told multiple people about using this company, which is a good sign..
