Ordered a charger in September
Ordered a charger in September. Got an email that it is in progress, since then I have tried to contact them many times. On the 5th of February I finally got a response and they promised to pay me back as soon as pilossible. They then returned to ignoring me and still haven't got my money back. Went to the police today. I hope no one else falls for this scam. If you did, please also go the police and bring charges. Hopefully we shut them down.
UPDATE: Order Nr. is #WL2539. I have told you this number already multiple times. I want a full refund and communication. That means that you will give me a legally binding date by which I am supposed to have this money back in my account. If not, I will continue pursuing this through the appropriate criminal and civil legal channels.
UPDATE 2: Just in case anyone thought they would not immediately go back to ignoring me and that they returned the money they stole. No. Of course not. But at least it is now publicly documented.
UPDATE 3: I have since continued to contact them daily. I have yet to receive further responses. Their criminal behaviour continues.
UPDATE 4: Still waiting on them to return my money, or even have the basic decency to respond. Daily contact attempts are still ongoing. Legal actions as well, but that is a long process. I'd rather if they just return it...
UPDATE 5: Still waiting... but i have noticed that the number of reviews has been going down. When I posted mine, there were over 200, now there is 160. In addition trustpilot no longer displays the rating due to "fraudulent" reviews. This clearly means that they are fighting tooth and nail trying to remove and censor the people they have stolen from.

Tried to cancel the order but the money is gone
Ordered and paid for a charging brick. Read many bad reviews and tried to cancel my order. I got a "in progress" email on my order and never head from them again. No luck contacting the seller through email, whatsapp, facebook etc. - No product, no cancellation. The money is gone, dont order here!

No delivery, and no contact back
I ordered CCS-Chademo adapter from Wireload already 6th of Dec., but they haven't shipped the product even after about two months. I have tried to contact the company via email multiple times, but they haven't even answered. I paid 929 € for the product, and now feel that this company cannot be trusted, you just loose your money.
