I had a membership for 3-4 years. After 2+ years, the rear of my car was not getting thoroughly washed or dried. I contacted the company to advise/complain about the change/problem without a response or correction. Recently, the car wash was like going through a tornado. I advised the onsite staff that something was wrong. Then I discovered that it had ripped off my rear windshield wiper. They took no responsibility for it; it cost me $100 to repair. I told the manager to cancel my subscription. However, I could not get a car wash during the remaining part of the month that had been paid. I wrote to the company to complain and requested a partial refund of that month's fee. They wrote back and said no. This company has terrible customer service and does not stand behind their car wash product.

I was persuaded to purchase a membership after I bought a car wash and they told me to bring my receipt and they would deduct it from a monthly unlimited wash subscription so I did. The second month I had said membership, they had deducted the full price out of my account on March 21st. By April 9th, I could no longer wash my car unless I paid the monthly membership fee again.i went through the drive thru and they literally refused to let me wash my car even after showing them when I had paid not even 2 1/2 weeks ago. I was terribly embarrassed as their was a line of cars behind me, not to mention a month is supposed to be 30 DAYS. ..NOT 17! I tried to email and call them and received no response. Terrible customer service, and just terrible business all around. Never again!

★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Horrible – Stay Away from White Water Car Wash in Woodhaven!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. White Water Car Wash in Woodhaven caused significant damage to my vehicle by ripping off my power running board during a wash. This is not a minor scratch or cosmetic issue – it’s a serious mechanical part, completely torn off by their equipment.

I received a voicemail from the manager, Joe, acknowledging the situation, but since then I’ve been met with complete silence. Despite numerous calls and attempts to follow up, I have received NO callbacks, NO resolution, and absolutely NO accountability from their team.

To make matters worse, they are outright refusing to pay for the damage caused by their wash. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer responsibility is astounding. I’ve now had to get my attorney involved, which should tell you everything you need to know about how this business operates.

I strongly advise anyone considering this car wash to look elsewhere. If they damage your vehicle, expect to be ignored and left to pay the price yourself. Terrible service. Terrible management. Complete lack of integrity.

Avoid this place at all costs.
