I have today cancelled my subscription…

I have today cancelled my subscription because I noticed that they have been charging me 9.99 monthly since I joined in April 2026. I was on the ultimate plan, which is £21 per. month but they have charged me as follows:

The total comes to £189.81

But at £21 per month since April the total should be £105!!!!

They have added me on a paid…

They have added me on a paid subscription last year during a free trial which I cancelled within the trial period. I have received that confirmation by email.

That means I should not be charged, nor should I be charged again this year. Unfortunately I do not get my money back, and there is no way to reach them to get it sorted.

Legally this is not allowed, so make sure to STAY AWAY from this company!!!!!

Fast and efficient transfers

Fast and efficient transfers , easy to preview and download and also easy to find older transfers to resend if people have issues with it .
Good value for money as can be paid for on month by month basis as needs want .
overall if transferring files on a daily basic well worth it .

Excellent program. It is very fast and the files are safe and secure on transfer. I recommend this file transfer program to all persons or companies who wish to transfer large files.

I volunteer at a hospital radio…

I volunteer at a hospital radio station. It's a charity and as you can imagine we don't have unlimited funds so the facility for me to upload pre-recorded programmes for the station is absolutely brilliant. Many thansks for this excellent service.

NO MATTER WHAT I do I can't cancel this stupid subscription. BEWARE!!!

Somehow I got looped into paying for We Transfer. I am trying to cancel and it is impossible. I am reachign out to my bank to stop the withdraws from my account. You can not reach ANYONE to help you! They say there is an email to help you...does not exist! So beware of this company at all costs. Sneaky practices when needed to cancel your subscription
