There was an issue with the carpet cleaner which meant they couldn't clean the carpets. They did however continue to clean the rest of the house and gave me a refund of the cost of 1 hr as a goodwill gesture. Laura was completely honest and made me feel valued.

I would definitely use WeCasa again. A seamless booking service and great that you can directly communicate with the service provider

Eteri was absolutely fantastic and cleaned my home to such a high standard. Every room was spotless, and her attention to detail was incredible. She even managed to get every last bit of cat hair out of every corner of the house, which is no easy task with my two cats!

She was also so lovely with my cats and was friendly, professional, punctual, and respectful of my home throughout. It was such a pleasure coming back to a beautifully clean, fresh house.

Very bad customer service. The cleaning session has been cancelled without any prior information and I tried to contact Wecasa but no one helped.. They did not even answer my enquiries.

I have been using Wecasa for months now going smoothly. But lately I tried getting in touch with customer service to no avail. I couldn’t reach the customer care I was only answered by Ai. I requested a cleaner and it only came back after three hours to say cleaners not available. I couldn’t make another request and I have been Waiting for my refund so I can at least get to book another cleaner from another app. I am frustrated by the services lately. I feel bad for even recommending this app to people

Zahra was very good with knowing what to do style wise with my hair, which is very fine. Overall I was very pleased with the result. Zahra has a very nice manner and was calm during the hair appointment, which made it a relaxing time.

Horrendous App Experience & Zero Customer Support

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Wecasa. I booked a cleaner last week, but while traveling, the app suddenly logged me out.

Ever since, I’ve been completely locked out:

Login Failure: The app no longer recognizes my password.

Broken Password Reset: Requesting a reset email yields nothing—I receive no emails from their system.

Abysmal Customer Service: When I tried reaching out via their website chat, it took 10 hours to get a response. Because of the extreme delay, I had to shut my laptop and missed them. I replied later, and now it's radio silence again.

Oh but they didn't forget to charge me.

Unreliable tech combined with unresponsive support is completely unacceptable when you have an active booking. Avoid.

They’ve given me the runaround since the word go. No one will answer my messages and now I can’t even delete my account. They kept me waiting and waiting to confirm my booking then cancelled at the last minute leaving me high and dry. Awful company. Don’t use them. The web site is rubbish and you can’t contact anybody. The help details are out of date too. Absolute rubbish.

Booked a flat cleaning service and it was carried out to great standards. The pricing was fair and competitive and the booking process was very smooth and streamlined.
