DPD Courier did not deliver on the next workday
Ordering online was easy and efficient on a Friday morning.
However the courier delivery tracking feature is not very useful it gives no indication of which time of day to expect the courier at my door. Furthermore I waited at home all of Monday but the courier never showed up even though the tracking site showed that my package was out-gelevered early Monday morning.
I used the DPD Courier service customer help line on Tuesday morning to complain about the late delivery and also complain that I had waited at home for them for a whole day for no reason. Their agent checked where the shipment was and phone back an hour later on Tuesday promising delivery between 12 and 1300. The courier was at the door at precisely 12 which made me happy. Their customer service help line is good. I don't mind a longer delivery time but I find it very irritating to not have an idea of what time of day they are going to show up. DPD tracking information should give estimated time of delivery the same way TNT Post does.
