What an amazing experience.
What an amazing experience. I was sure this was something I would never do but happened to have a layover in Istanbul so I figured why not. I live in the US and there was no way I would ever spend what they cost here but I knew people who had gotten their hair done is Turkey and they had glowing reviews. I started looking into it and found Vera Health. I am so glad I did. What an experience. Just had to change my flights for a few days. Now that I am home by friends want to know all about it and some are even talking about all going together to do it themselves. I couldn't be happier. I also wanted to mention that working with Meeve was amazing and I am so lucky to be able to have been assigned her for my post surgery advisor. She was extremely knowledgeable and quick to respond.

Everything was perfect
Everything was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. From the comfortable accommodation in a beautiful hotel and private transportation to the excellent communication throughout the entire experience, everything was very well organized and handled with great care.
The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. They communicated warmly and clearly, taking the time to explain every step of the process so that I always knew what to expect and never felt lost or confused. Their attention to detail and genuine care made a huge difference.
The operation itself was something I was initially quite nervous and scared about, but the amazing medical team made me feel completely safe and reassured. Everything was explained clearly and patiently, all my questions were answered, and the whole team was incredibly supportive and professional. Their calm and caring approach helped me relax and trust the process.
I truly appreciated how well everything was coordinated and how supported I felt at every stage — before, during, and after the procedure. It is clear that this is a team of people who genuinely care about their patients and take pride in what they do.
I am very grateful for the entire experience and for everyone who was involved in making it as smooth, comfortable, and positive as possible. I would absolutely recommend this team to anyone who is considering the same journey. This is my second operation with Vera Clinic, and once again, I’m very happy with the experience. The team is extremely friendly and professional, and they take care of everything from airport transportation and hotel arrangements to daily transportation and the return to the airport.
From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed at the clinic and guided through every step by a very professional team member with excellent English. The doctors are highly professional, listen carefully to my concerns, and take the time to discuss everything clearly.

AVOID if you are from US or europe…
For anyone in US or Europe thinking about Vera Clinic, AVOID AT ANY COST. They do hair transplant like a factory assembly line. You will standing in queue on the day of transplant like a factory. You are better off finding other places in Turkey with more personal attention or better yet research Spain.
Most of the Google reviews you find are fake or premature. They apply pressure tactic to get you to review before or within a week of the transplant. Look at the 1 star reviews in Google to get the true picture.
My transplant was a failure. They didn't honor the guarantee that the claimed in the beginning. It is all marketing and nothing else. I also specifically asked that the doctor do my surgery. They agreed, but i came to know later that it was a fake promise. My surgery was done by nurse staff. The doctor only spoke to me for 4 to 5 mins and then they moved on to the next person in line

As discussed before your procedure, you had previously undergone a FUT hair transplant, and your donor area presented certain limitations, including lower density and finer hair characteristics. For this reason, it was explained before the operation that obtaining a high number of grafts would not be appropriate for your individual case.
During your follow up assessment, our medical team observed growth from the transplanted grafts. However, as you were wearing your hair very short at the time, you were advised to allow your hair to grow longer so that the density and overall result could be evaluated more accurately.
We understand your concerns and would genuinely like the opportunity to continue following your progress and reassess your results with you. Our Patient Care team will also be reaching out directly to discuss your case further.

My experience with Vera Clinic
My experience at Vera Clinic was very positive from start to finish. From the first contact, I felt well taken care of, and all of my questions were answered clearly. Malek, the medical consultant, gave me detailed information about the procedure, the preparation, and everything I needed to know beforehand.
On the day of the surgery, I was accompanied by a translator who was always available to answer my questions and explain what was happening throughout the process. One thing that was particularly important to me was having enough time to design the hairline properly. Thankfully, the doctor took the time to listen to my preferences and made sure I was happy with the design before proceeding.
I am currently 5 days post-op, and so far I am very happy with both the hairline design and the density. The procedure itself went smoothly, and I have been receiving good support during the recovery. Merve, the post-op consultant, has been very helpful and is always available to answer my questions and guide me through the aftercare.
I also think the price is very reasonable considering that the hotel and transportation are included in the package.
At this point, it is mainly about recovering and being patient while waiting for the final result. Hopefully, everything will grow in nicely over the coming months, but so far I am very happy with my experience.
Overall, I had a great experience with Vera Clinic and would definitely recommend them based on my experience so far.
