I got wrong oder, i have oder white watch but it came as black and i have to return it which is headache

This is reliable company.

One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.

When you buy a watch, at a certain price point. You expect that the service should be on top. But this was just not the case.

I order my watch and don’t hear anything before I contact Vintage Watches myself and then they ask me to send them a mail instead. Which I do. A couple of days passes and have still not received any emails regarding shipment of my watch or when I can expect it to be sent.

A weeks passes and I call them again. This time I’m promised action. 20 min later I receive an email stating that it will take 10-15 days for me to receive my watch “when it is ready to be shipped”. I give them 3 more days and they have still not shipped my watch.

On their website they are showing a 4 star trustpilot. But the trustpilot is for “Urværket.dk” and not “vintagewatches.dk”. On their own trustpilot you will see a 1 star rating and read similar stories.

I warn everyone to buy watches via vintage watches. It is unserious and not trustworthy.

I have cancelled my order and hope I won’t have any problems here either.

Bought a Hamilton Khaki Field mechanical a little over 2 months ago. It broke down recently while winding. Contacted the customer support, explaining the issue with evidence that it wasn't bad usage from my side, and asked for a refund. After a long period to respond, I was told that, as the watch wasn't new, I needed to send it for further analysis, and only then it could be possibly serviced, only answering to my refund question after insisting on the matter. And after contacting the support in English, I was answered in Danish until I pushed on the refund topic, as it wasn't clear for the support that I'm not a Danish speaker. Not only the support is awful, but it also felt racist. Don't recommend it to anyone.

I have good experience from purchase from this company. This is reliable company.

I was reluctant from the beginning to buy from them,but still I give it a shot.All my quartz watches that I bought until now, they all had this seal between the crown and the case , this one hadn't! It was running when I opened up, God knows how long it was sitting on a shelf running, when I buy a watch with a 3 years battery life I expect to hold 3 years!To make things worse the seconds arm is misaligned,and the round protective foli was missing, instead of that the watch was all wrapped in what looked like a fresh plastic foli that you use for the groceries,and I could see some dust underneath.The watch goes back, never again!!!

The only thing I wonder whether it's a fake watch or not. How do I make sure it's an authentic watch ? Otherwise, everything went fine with the purchase.

Watch ordered 11 days ago and still I didn’t receive. I don’t have any information from this company. I think it’s scam.

I never received the product and they stole 200kr from me. A scam, please do not order!!

I bought extra 5 years insurance for a watch I bought. After a year owning the watch I had some problems with it and after I reached out to support to see my options they never respond back.
