This is a 'Delivery' 'Service' more like 'Whack a Mole' and good luck with that!

I would give them one star but , well you can't. They spend a lot of time just sitting on your package on this is who eBay uses to Canada, which in itself is most unfortunate.

Eventually, a week or so later you may or may not get an email, letting yo know that you they have assigned a Driver (who I have no idea) to your package.

They go on to say that you 'MAY' get your package in the next 24 hours, when it is guaranteed to rain, and leave it a long way from where you asked it to be placed, if you can find it. It is sort of like whack a mole, its a game to them and I have yet to see the delivery person or vehicle since IF it is delivered, a BIG IF, so far on 3 attempts it has been at 3:00 A.M. in the morning when it IS raining and the package which in my case is electrical in nature.

My Sellers sometimes wrap and seal the product in waterproof plastic and if they don't you have to file a claim and a return and go through the Return Process on eBay. eBay is counting on DHL eCommerce to be the organizer of this bizarre process, but try filling a complaint with eBay. They just don't care.

I can't really call this UniUni thing a Delivery Service it is more like a bad lottery experience and I won't be buying anything more that involves them in the shipping process.

So be cautious if DHL eCommerce is in charge of your delivery or you too may end up with this fly by night, fly by the seat of their pants organization.

I am surprised and disappointed that eBay is letting this happen and they have to know it is by now.

There is no 'Service', they have no idea how to read a map or GPS, it is unorganized 'Whack a Mole' that game one plays at the local fair and can never win. Kist like that.

Zero (0 Stars). And then IF you are lucky, You get an email for eBay saying your parcel has been Delivered - Date Stamped so you know it was in the middle of the night, but can't find it. They threw it in th hedge - good luck finding that.

This organization exists only because it must be dirt cheap for eBay After they charge you a small fortune to maybe, kind of, sort of get it in the general area of where you live.

Disgraceful!

Just so awful

Just so awful. I’ve had numerous bad experiences with UniUni. One time, package was delivered in the street outside my apartment, it ended up being stolen. Another time, the package was in my town just houses away, but wasn’t delivered and still hasn’t been. Honestly so sick of them and I hate that TikTok shop allows them to deliver packages.

They’re absolutely horrendous

They’re absolutely horrendous. On 7/13, I received notification that my parcel was ready for pick up by the driver. Within 3 seconds on the tracking, it had been marked delivery attempted and failed. I went online on the 14th and requested another attempt. Nothing. Their chatbot said it would go out again within 48hrs. When it hadn’t, I tracked it again. Nothing changed. On the 16th, I got the chatbot again and finally directed to a ‘live agent’. I was told they usually respond in 1 hour. On the 18th, they live agent finally responded and I was assured they were still delivering it and the second attempt would be made soon. That second attempt showed in the tracking until the 21st…when it was marked undeliverable. I got the chatbot again that now was unable to recognize the tracking number I copied from their website. After much back and forth, I got another ‘live agent’ that now said the address is outside their delivery zone and the package was being returned to the sender.

UniUni Nightmare

I'm waiting on a package that will probably never be delivered and the seller is arguing with me about my refund. I have attempted numerous times to update and schedule a re-delivery for my package, I even gave them my cell number. I called customer service only to get a recorded message advising to use the website and chatbot for issues and then my call was disconnected.

Literally the WORST delivery company in…

Literally the WORST delivery company in the world! i specifically ask companies if they use uniuni and if they do i will not make an order. the odd time my packages will wind up in their hands and it is an absolute nightmare trying to receive them. No customer service, NO way to communicate with a real person, my packages will sometimes be in my city for a month and i will not receive them and one day it finally shows up on my doorstep.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

So I have never experienced such poor service in package delivery. Ordered a product from a reputable company June 26/26 and I have yet to get it. Uniuni played the same game as everyone else here by saying 2 delivery attempts and now back at their “Secret” warehouse. I have security cameras at my house and NO ATTEMPTS WERE MADE. It’s next to impossible to make contact with company, the phones number isn’t answered and all communication is by bots. I spammed the bot relentlessly, threatening BBB and civil litigation. On July 10th I got an email and they “assured they would do a re-delivery within 10 days”…so it’s been 10 days however not 10 “buisness” days. So they have until Friday the 24th but no contact since the 10th. I contacted original company but they can’t do much. By Friday I will contact bank for a chargeback to my credit card and be done. I also advised company where I purchased product I won’t order again from then unless they use Canada Post for delivery. It’s 180$ package but no one cares. Amazon is the only company I trust to order from now.

UniUni needs to be disbanded

UniUni needs to be disbanded. I had a parcel requiring delivery to the local hospital. As far as I can tell, they never attempted to actually deliver. Claiming the building wasn't open?? Its a hospital! It's open 24/7. Further instructions, an ariel view of the delivery dock, more phone numbers etc were provided and apparently an attempt was made and failed again. This took place over a month before I was informed they would not be trying again. Absolutely incompetent.

0 stars.

I’m only giving them one star, because 0 stars isn’t an option. I despise uniuni. I have never dealt with a more infuriating delivery service in my life. Blacklist them if you’re given the opportunity.

I’ve head two separate incidents where they toss the packages. Once outside of a building in an urban area (stolen in 20 minutes) and once in a busy lobby right in the most visible area—also stolen! They don’t reattempt and just toss the items wherever.

Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible. A few retailers are using this delivery service and every single time there are problems. Delays, complete non-delivery, packages being mangled. And it’s impossible to contact the company. If I could give negative stars I would

Never truly attempted delivery as claimed

The 1st delivery was received when UniUni was used by the Retailer. The Package was left on front porch. I had a 2nd delivery from the same retailer and UniUni said they attepmt to deliver 3 times starting July 13 thru July 19. Well, each time I was home, my porch was still there, no package was received and nothing recorded on my home cameras. Attempted Delivery claims are false and down right lies.

Awful

Awful.
Claim to have attempted delivery - no attempt was made. Claim to have tried to make contact - they didn't.
Package is perpetually 'out for delivery'.
They can't even get their story straight why the tracking shows a failed attempt.
Do not trust this company.
And I thoguht Evri were bad...

Disappointing

I ordered a few items from Shein and they were using Uniuni for shipping. This is my experience:
1. The tracking update on UniUni and Shein doesn't line up. One is always lagging over the other so I can't even tell which one is accurate.
2. They tried delivering twice and failed twice.
3. As I was having these items delivered to work, I gave them specific instructions to deliver within office hours yet they attempted to deliver at night and I got a failure to delivery notification again.
4. I made my order on July 8 and none of the items were backordered so they pretty much packed and sent it right away. No problem at all while the items were on the plane and cleared customs. Today is July 18 and I still don't have my package yet.
5. I messaged Uni Uni customer service and they were very slow to respond.

Update (July 20, 2026): I'm very frustrated about this because there is no update on the tracking and I'm still waiting. Now I can't even get refund until July 26 which means I have to wait for 18 days for my package?! Good thing I didn't request for expedited delivery because that would mean I paid extra for no valid reason.
