Overall a great unit. Cools the room quickly and is relatively quiet. Easy to move around the house and not too heavy. Only downside is the pipe is far too short so had to buy a second one and fit the two together.

Not used as a dehumidifier yet so can’t comment on effectiveness of that.

Ordered Duux Whisper 3 Air Fan during one of the heatwaves. Price was reasonable and arrived quickly - many other websites had sold out. Have used the fan for a couple of months now and no issues at all. Would recommend.

Good fan for the price. Works well and reasonably quiet and easy to dismantle and take on holiday without taking up a lot of room. Only negatives the remote can get easily lost as doesn’t have a place to put it. The plastic fan blades appear to be made from very thin plastic.

This was the only place that still had a specific top of the range portable aircon in stock. The order was delivered very wquickly within a few days with lots of clear communication and updates in between. Brilliant experience, couldn't fault them!
