They are fraudulent 1st registered you and then they do your survey after some survey they delete your account and then they reject create account again

No response after my rewards have been pending for over a week. I've reached their support team and have received inconsistent replies with days between replies with no actual help.

Been a member for 15 years and sudently banned when claiming an €8 reward.NO APPEAL ALLOWED!I was shocked,e mailed a couple of times but just got an AI reply.I always answered surveys truthfully .People keep away from this company (Syno) as they are not the Triaba I was a member of for many years.
They can keep my €8 if thats how low they are.I'm better off without these sort of latest survey companies.Avoid them ,they will not pay you what you earn.I would go so far as to call them Thi*ve^.

It's a scam,you don't get pay to answer surveys,you get paid if you let them install their o their partner cookies,if you want my opinion about something it's ok but you can't force to become your free toy. It's not even clear when the survey starts because nothing is written about it,you answer questions you already answer before but it doesn't count. You also are kicked out after they ask you about your finences because you're not the perfect subject for the survey.

Countless surveys have thrown me out after I completed the majority of them. "Doesn't fit the target group" after 85-90 percent?
Surveys that are supposed to take 5 minutes always take at least twice as long.
Surveys like the ones you advertise don't exist.

Horrible company. Frequently one spends their valuable time to take a survey and in the end of the survey it gives error, and they find cheap excuses not to pay the pennies they pay per survey, either saying "you did it quickly", "you are a bot" and other cheap excuses. This was the 3rd survey i received error, their app is a disaster, continues errors and waste of your time. You spend 20 minutes for less than a euro and they dont even pay it, based on unreasonable excuses. I deleted my account, our time is worth and they disrespected me several times but i reached the breaking point. Be cautious!

I've been using it since a while, but it's really starting to annoy me. It happens extremely often that I conclude a survey but do not get paid for it. today I did 2 surveys, but none of them showed up in my accounts transactions history afterwards, so I basically worked for free. It happens so often that I'm starting to think this might be a scam.

The 10€ tremendous reward is technically unusable in Greece due to PSD2/3DSecure regulations and exact balance limitations. I demanded a manual PayPal transfer or a refund of my points to my account and they refused.

They have not paid me nor answered my queries

This is a fraudulent website!!! When you try to redeem your rewards, they will delay the process and eventually tell you that you have violated the regulations and your account will be suspended.

Worst survey site, will block your survey's if you get over a certain threshold. They obviously don't want to do cash pay outs.

I've been a member of Triaba for many years. In January I redeemed a virtual Mastercard. I didn't use it. Last month I tried to buy on it and discover most of the places to use this card, is in the Usa. I asked Triaba if I could change it to rather pay the money into my PayPal account. They said no, many people just made a plan to use it in South Africa. So I have tried Takelot. Didn't work. Today I made sure Amazon do accept it and they do. So I tried and they system said the credit card number is incorrect. The card only expires the end of July. Why must I loose this money because of the incompetence of Triaba? Stay away from them and from virtual Mastercard.

This is the worst survey site I have sign up. You fill endless survey then at the tail end they disqualify you, this is after wasting over 30 Mins. some surveys the money do not reflect. sometimes they hide all the survey when you choose household income bracket they don't like. I have tried closing the account but I cannot find the deactivating button or delete. A piece of SCAM

This Website is Fake and Scam.. takes your time but never pays you off . There common errors are . Technical issue.. this survey isn't matched with your requirements.. this survey is not for you.. you're suspended to this survey.. actually they're collecting data and selling it directly.. they are not interested in paying to client. I'm going Delete this account.

Best survey ever ,,pays on time customer service is on top notch .
