Very disappointing customer experience – no refund, misleading DHL information
I’m very disappointed with my experience at Trendhim.
My package has been stuck in the same DHL status since 25 October 2025 (“ready for pickup soon”), but it has never actually been ready for pickup. I explained this multiple times, but Trendhim kept repeating the same incorrect information about the status instead of actually investigating the issue.
I had to do all the follow-up work myself, even though it was clearly their responsibility as the sender. Despite pointing out the problem several times, I kept receiving standard copy-paste replies that didn’t address the issue at all.
The package looks lost — and I still haven’t received my refund.
It’s frustrating that I had to explain the problem three times, and even more frustrating that Trendhim expected me to fix something only the sender can clarify with DHL.
Overall, the service felt unhelpful, automated, and careless. I won’t be ordering again.
Update 24.11.
The comment from trendhim below is just sugar-bla-bla noise - nothing happened.
I needed to write another two emails until trendhim agreed to send a refund for the package that was lost. The refund was announced for 2-4 days.
Regardless I just needed to send another reminder for the refund is overdue.

Products not as in the pictures, materials not as advertised
UPDATE: Adding an extra star due to the amazing customer support.
I order two ties: A Grey Cashmere Tie and an Handmade Wool brown one.
The first one is definitely not cashmere: anyone who has touch cashmere would recognize the silky feel to the touch, even when blended. This tie doesn't have that feel. However, given the price and the pictures, I did not expected to be cashmere to begin with. This tie is actually really nice when taking the price into account (don't expect it to compare it with a 150 EUR one)
The problems really happened with the second one. It doesn't look at all as the shown in the pictures. The pictures shown basically a brown version of the first, but that is not what I got. At the beginning I even thought it was made of polyester fleece, but after playing with some cuttings, I can tell that at least they look to be natural fibers. But the material was not the worst: The construction was terrible, the place where the pieces join, looked like a blob more akin to a tube than a tie. After unstitching, I noticed the problem: The seam allowances were too big; which is weird for a fabric that doesn't really fray. The excess material was curling onto itself. It felt as if no care was put during the pressing, thus causing the bulb. The fixes were easy to made: remove excess material, re-organize the interface fabric and repress the tie. These changes however are not something that someone who isn't comfortable with sewing would perform, nor would I say is worth taking the tie to a tailor, as the fix would be more expensive than the tie itself. But even after fixing it, the tie is extremly thick, Only the simple knot fits, and even then it doesn't really look good at all. This tie shouldn't have never been sold and in perspective I don't know why I didn't simply return it.
Shipping happened without any issues.
