We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in Puglia with Topflight and we really couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

From the moment we arrived, everything was very well organised. The itinerary was excellent and gave us the chance to see so many beautiful places, including Ostuni, Polignano a Mare, Matera, Alberobello, Locorotondo and Lecce. There was a lovely mix of sightseeing, culture, food and time to relax, without ever feeling too rushed.

We stayed at Hotel Relais Porta Del Sud, which was a very comfortable and peaceful base for the week. The food was excellent, with plenty of choice and quality throughout our stay. The hotel staff — friendly, welcoming and always helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

A special mention must go to our Italian guide, Stefano. He was brilliant and really made the holiday for us. Stefano was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and approachable, and his passion for Puglia and Italian history and culture really came across. He had a great way of bringing the places we visited to life, while also adding plenty of humor, the occasional song and personal stories along the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and he went out of his way to make sure everyone was enjoying themselves.

We couldn’t speak highly enough of Stefano — he was a real credit to Topflight and one of the highlights of the trip.

Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and would recommend Topflight’s A Taste of Puglia tour.

From booking, to assistance on our holiday in Sorrento by the Resort Managers we had an excellent experience with Topflight. Highly recommend!

We had the most wonderful week in Puglia.The hotel , Realais Porto Del Sud provided a hot meal for us on arrival at 10 .30 at night.! The rooms were very different from a boaring hotel at home very spacious and with Air Conditioning.
The food was fabulous, plenty of choice each evening , local Italian cuisine which I loved.
The tours were brilliant, and STEFANO our Top-flight representative went above and beyond for us all. He was very well informed about the area and the places he took us.He made many suggestions about the local food, "super tasty" was his favourite saying.
He sang a couple of songs also when we had a sing song and he can sing!
STEFANO is our hero!

A fabulous trip to Puglia made all the more memorable by the amazing Stefano. His care and guidance were so much appreciated and done with such ease. Would highly recommend this trip especially if Stefano is your guide.

We had a wonderful holiday going with Topflight. Our hotel was excellently located however the food was disappointing and we would rate it 3 star and definitely not 4 star. Our guide Alice was lovely and very helpful.

A great team that works hard to ensure excellent customer service at all stages of your holiday.

Booking with TF took the stress out of travelling, whilst the flight airline was poor the rest of the holiday was well organised, having a point of contact was excellent to Adler any queries and the wealth of knowledge excellent

Our experience with Topflight on our holiday to Sorrento was top class.
Hotel Astoria was all we expected. Really enjoyed the excursions with well informed guides .
Wendy who looked after us was a lady , so helpful and informative and a really nice touch was the bottle of prosecco with glasses left into our room to help us celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary.

As ever fantastic holiday resort was 5star in our books. The only downside was we were unable to pre book our seats and luggage onto the flight.

We had a wonderful week in St Johann, Austrian Tyrol. We were highly impressed with Topflight as a Tour Operator. Everything from the online booking to our return home was a trouble free experience. The online booking was very easy to input. All the information we received prior to the holiday & during the holiday was most informative, accurate & easy to follow. Our tour guide was most attentive, knowledgeable , courteous, friendly & available if required. We had an excellent tour guide on our trips. The hotel was excellent, our trip destinations wonderful, nicely spaced out with our free days. Lots of suggestions on what to do when not on an excursion. All information was provided before it was needed & we had very few queries about anything. I have gone on many escorted tours & was so impressed with Topflight. I would highly recommend a tour with them. Also found it great value for all that was included in the trip 10/10

Topflight provided excellent customer service before, during and after our holiday.
The resort managers were contactable almost 24/7 and extremely knowledgeable.
The hotel Bristol lived up to the on-line descriptions and comments, a wonderful establishment.
Unfortunately our experience with Naples airport, on arrival, was a complete chaotic shambles, and our experience there for the departure home flight wasn't much better. That may put us of any holiday that uses Naples airport.

We travelled to Sorrento . We had the fabulous Wendy all throughout the holiday .
Wendy was incredible and really looked after us 24 hours a day .
I normally book things myself but from now on I'll be using top-flight .
