Easy to handle and a fair price. Good website, changes possible, driver was on time, good communication.

Extremely negative experience with Taxi Centrale. After paying in advance for a taxi ride booked from Schiphol Airport, the driver asked me for an additional payment of €250 for an alleged damage supposedly caused by my luggage, without providing any evidence. Instead of assisting me, the company left me alone to deal with the dispute directly with the driver. I felt pressured and forced to pay €140 in order to get my luggage back and leave the place.

I cannot recommend this taxi service enough! My luggage was delivered delay by over two hours at Schipol , which could have been a complete nightmare, but my driver was incredibly patient and reassuring. He stayed in constant communication and answered every single one of my messages right away. Because of the long delay, he eventually had to leave for another scheduled customer, but he didn't just abandon me, he completely took care of everything and arranged another taxi to pick me up.
They went absolutely above and beyond my expectations. Fantastic service and true professionalism

First time using this company and I have to say the service was great! I spoke with someone over the phone and they helped me with some additional questions and advice. The driver Ferdi was on time and really easy to chat with during my journey. His car was clean and tidy too. I would not hesitate to use this service again. 👍🏻💪

I am so happy with the service. The lady I talked with over the phone assisted me so well and she helped me book a taxi in less than a minute. And I did not have to wait that long for my driver to arrive at all. My driver was kind, patient and extremely supportive. Honestly the best service I have ever experienced. Unprofessional, we almost missed our flight. We booked a taxi for 17.15 and received WhatsApp at 17.05 that our taxi was on the way. We waited until 17.30 to ask why nobody showed up, after long wait on the phone we were told that the car broke down then they transfer our call to another office. After another long wait they said they can send another car around 18.10 which would be too late or we can just cancel the trip. No taxi with a minivan was available on the spot, we ended up asking our neighbour to bring us with 2 suitcases on our lap.

The driver communicated very clearly with me. He was friendly on the ride home as well! Everything was on time as well.

Cab driver arrived 5 minutes before the ride at 5:35 am and courteous. I would recommend it and charges were reasonable

These folks are genuine and reliable. I usually book a Taxi if I am going to Schiphol very early or with lots of luggage. They have a 100% record of arriving on-time for pick-up. I fully recommend them. I just had to cancel a Taxi (with more than 6 hours notice please), due to flight change. Perfect service and response to refund my payment.

Straightforward booking. Quick call soon after landing by driver and regular calls until he was able to locate me, in a very busy airport, and he gave good instructions. He drove well and was pleasant and easy to speak with.

Picked us up from Schiphol and delivered us to Den Burg via the ferry from Den Helder .
From our phone call when we arrived at the airport, to unloading our luggage at our hotel, the driver was very helpful and made our trip a pleasure. Definitely would recommend this company for airport transfers.

I had ordered a taxi for 5am to go to the airport, they came to pick me up 20 minutes late. I've never had such an experience with any taxi anywhere in the world. And the driver offered no apology or explanation for being late. I had to catch an early flight and worried I might miss it. Eventually I managed to catch it, but I found this service quite unreliable, especially considering how exorbitantly expensive it is.
