They stole all my luxuries and sold only my H&Ms and kids clothing. I found my stolen items on Vinted where they sold for insane amounts. Even my dry cleaners scribbles where there in the tag. They took all comme des garcons, yamamoto, Miyake, Westwood, McQueen etc and sold ZAra and H&M! Stay far away from them!!!!!!!! They are thieves!

I submitted 28 items of clothing for sale. Before I received any payment, Sellpy had already deducted approximately SEK 700 in fees. In the end, I received only around SEK 300 for all 28 items. Extremely disappointing.

The accessment that they have made for the things is very realistic. Recommended

Not too bad, but time from pick up to placing it for sale online still takes a long time. Improvement from before, just still a long time.

Perfect delivery and feedback

Most cloths did not match the picture & description. The used ones (in my case it was "very good condition") looked poor and should not be qualified.

As a buyer I would recommend: lots of items to choose from and reasonable prices and I always has received my order pretty fast. Few times I have received stainy and broken clothes, so there were damages that were not mentioned in description.

As a seller: no. They take big part of the sold price, which is understandable because it is company that wants to make profit. But they take all kinds of fees and they do not accept many items. Overall the money you will receive is super small even if you sell lots of items. You have to have expencive and trendy things to sell if you want to have even few euros, and then it is not vice to sell those items on Sellpy because you would most likely sell those in Vinted or Facebook for a better price anyway. If you sell cheap things, like childrens clothes, you receive nothing. Everything as a seller is so expencive thay you might end up paying for selling stuff.

I will still buy from Sellpy, but never sell again.

Smooth process

They were shrinked, not true to size

What you get is a lottery since the quality control and images are terrible. I have made some great finds on sellpy but now I have received three sweaters in a row with lots of holes (pretty big holes) not displayed in the listings.

I bought a lot of dresses; all of them were good quality, clean, and ready to wear, but half weren't the size they were supposed to be. The label said large, but they definitely weren't. They were probably small, or the washing machine shrank them.

Items as expected and delivered quickly

I have used Sellpy before and it’s been good.
However if something goes wrong, such as you order an adult size medium but it arrives child’s size/tiny then you are screwed.
My example: Cost plus delivery £13.50 return cost £6 overall cost £19.50
When you return it you get the cost only back (£7.50).
So you can keep the article you don’t want with a £13.50 cost or send it back - also ends up costing you £13.50

That’s not good practise is it. I won’t be using Sellpy anymore, nor will I continue to recommend them.
