Getting though on the phone is quite quick and there is always a helpful advisor there. Completing some of the forms on my phone required a couple of phone calls to be sure I understood what they wanted from me, but that was done quickly.

I am fairly new to investing. Sometimes I've felt I needed support and the telephone customer service has been good and helpful. I have found getting through to someone on the phone to be pretty quick compared to many companies.
The cost to hold shares or funds is quite low. Some other ISA providers charge more.
4/5 because I have not found the website offers the smoothest or easiest of experiences but hopefully my experience will improve as I use it more and get used to it.
