This company is a scam, I have just lost $3000 for a container that never turned up, and now no phones being answered. I am an aged pensioner and this amount of money is a fortune to me. They have been reported but they are the lowest of low!!!

Criminal fraud.
The fraudulent domain was shut down by the domain registrar 12 Dec following my direct complaint to them. None of the financial nor regulatory authorities I have contacted seemed to have taken this basic step during the last 2 weeks.
ANZ and Bendigo Banks were initially advised of the activity and related concerns last month (November 2022). At this time both ANZ Bank and Bendigo Bank were informed of criminal activity related to a fraudulent bank account posing as a real Australian business. Both banks have failed to act promptly on this information. ANZ responded indicating it is fraud however 10 days after it was reported the matter has only just been referred to "our concerned team managing scam" despite a prompt response being required as in ANZ's words "funds are moved hastily by scammers". I am still waiting for an indication of action from Bendigo.
In my view both ANZ and Bendigo Bank have failed to provide a prompt response and appear to have also failed to undertake any actions or demonstrate effective procedural processes to minimise fraud via identity verification and respond to financial fraud. There appears to be a serious lack of customer protections and a failure to act promptly on information provided related to ongoing fraudulent activity within the banking system.

Scam, we paid for a container, no delivery on the first date given, apoligised profusely then gave me another date and surprise, surprise no delivery. My number appears to be blocked so I can't contact them from my phone but my husband has been able to reach them for now, leaves his first name and phone number with a guy named Reg who says he is reception but the salesman (Justin Homes) never rings back. Have been reported to Scamwatch and Police. Do not use them. I have also spoken to a older gentleman who actually lives on the property they supposedly have their office located and he has never heard of them. DO NOT USE OR DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK
