Overall my experience was very good apart from being unable to set up an account, needed to speak to customer service four times, each taking in excess of 20 minutes to get to an agent, resolved by agent e mailing certificate.
Left it overnight and was able to set up account with no problem,

Rude Customer Service
The lady who dealt with me was very rude and abrupt. I have shopped with you previous times in the past but I’m considering moving to a different company She also promised me gadget cover and that’s not listed on my cover im not happy with this time experience, also my mother is coming on the same holiday and took out Insurance with you they were very rude to her and asked her how long her life expectancy was which really upset her to the point of crying when she put the phone down the lady was called Samantha who she spoke to and I’m not sure what the lady who dealt with me what her name was not happy this time round

I have had a look at your policy and can confirm that the signature policy which you purchased, has Gadget cover and Travel disruption extension as standard so you are covered for your gadgets.
I am unable to comment on your mums one as I have no information and due to data protection. I am so sorry the agent was rude and upset your mum to the point of crying. There are circumstances where this question may be asked. There is no need to be rude about it, I do apologise.

It’s a good company to have behind you
It’s a good company to have behind you. Easy to use their sight a book them.Yes you can find cheaper but my , the small print. I,ve never had to use them in an emergency, let’s hope I don’t. Could be a five star only for that fact. You only get five stars if that happens and you come through.

No loyalty for existing customers
Despite no changes being made to previous year's policy, my new premium was £100 dearer. On phoning the company, this was discounted to a more acceptable price. Why was the unnecessary increase added in the first place - not good enough and left me angry.
