Bro they have horror games for nine year olds but wont let a bike game for 9 year olds

Honestly, the voice chat moderation is super annoying. I get banned automatically even when I haven't said anything wrong. It makes voice chat basically unusable, and there’s no real explanation for why it happens.

My account from 2019 was deleted for being linked to an account that’s breaking the rules, but the account doesn’t belong to me. Roblox support has provided zero help. Fix up your moderation and please actually attend to your loyal players. Horrible, corrupt company. Absolutely disgusting. I don’t even use alts.

terrible game, terrible owner who cares only about money, allows online daters to thrive, bans vigilantly groups who catch and help stop child predators, online daters, and hackers, scammed countless people out of their robux for some terrible face they never wanted, and again scammed people out of their robux by removing every accessory that covered their had they had equiped and raised the price on them, bans people for saying hi, relies heavily on some trash AI to moderate everything. in my opinion David Bussuki (the owner) and Matt Kaufman (the "chief safety officer" of roblox) should be in prison right now for risking countless children's safety right now.

I spent 2 hours just to speak to a real human agent and the only thing the agent said "We dont have enough information to verify its your account" the problem is the account was created in 2020 and 2 step verification didnt existed they kept asking me to give an email to verify my ownership. The account didnt have any purchases or 2 step verification. All though this might seem reasonable at first but i sent them proof that 100% corrects that this is my account.Im extremely unsatisfied and i dont think i will be able to get the account back.

The worst thing happened to my 13 year old daughter. She got approached by someone pretending to be a kid called VALENTINA STAGAXIAL. This disgusting pervert started chatting to my child in a horrible, disgusting, pervert, sexual way. I reported it, her sister reported it via her verified adult account and guess what? NOTHING HAPPENED. ROBLOX IS THE BIGGEST CRAP AND DOES NOT PROTECT KIDS IN ANY WAY. BE VARY. THERE ARE PREDATORS RUN FREELY THERE. USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE. ABSOLUTE CRAP. VALENTINA STAGAXIAL - BE AWARE BECAUSE ROBLOX WON'T DO ANYTHING.

Roblox automated support is a broken endless loop. The mobile app glitched during passport verification, applied a parent's adult ID over a minor child's profile, and deleted the guardian email link. Now, the support bots refuse to open a ticket because the email isn't verified—which is impossible since Roblox deleted it. I have extensive Google Play purchase receipts proving ownership, but no human will look at it. This is a severe GDPR violation.

Roblox has lost its charm lately. The constant updates have really hindered gameplay, and the age restrictions are just too much. My kids can't even connect with friends anymore. Plus, customer support was unhelpful when I reached out. Not impressed at all.

Despite being a player since 2020 or so this game is TRASH DOGWATER DUMPSTER FIRE ANYTHING. Roblox “Allegedly” has CHILD ENDARNGERMENT ISSUES ONLINE DATING ISSUES AND I CAN GO ON FOREVER. Roblox also has new filters tearing you away from friends with 1 year age differences some one month i lost a friend and didn’t receive anything from him from 01/19/21 all because of it roblox is horrible and im moving on taking on middle school it just gets boring and dosent have any intresting games anymore overall just dont play this if you are 12 years old and plus

I am writing to formally announce my official departure from the Roblox platform. After a deeply frustrating experience with your moderation and support system, I can no longer support a platform that fails to enforce its policies fairly.Recently, I submitted a ticket to report another user, Camm (@Labrillitoz), for severe personal harassment, malicious intent, and explicit threats to ruin my reputation. Instead of reviewing the full chat logs , my report was dismissed. It has become a consistent and deeply unfair pattern where support rulings continually favor female users, turning a blind eye when male players are targeted with coordinated smear campaigns and defamation.Since your safety team refuses to take targeted malice and blatant violations of your Community Standards seriously, I am choosing to officially leave the platform. I will no longer invest my time or money into a system that fails to protect its player base evenly.

i used to love roblox, i played this game since 2019. Problem is, the game is just getting worse by the second. 18+ games started to spread, and instead of deleting them, they decieded "HEY GUYS THERES SO MUCH WE NEED AI TO HELP!!!" Because of that shit update, I'm treated like a baby. I cant play newly made games for 3 years. The age verification doesnt even solve the problem of 18+ games. MY SCHOOL FRIENDS ARE LOSING THE ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE WITH ME. This game is starting to rot and I cant do anything about it.

I have bought the game with a disc and it came with a side of freaking maggots! Unbeliavable, not only that but the disc was covered in some sort of white ooze, probaly from the maggots?! And there was a water bowl specificaly for these larvae which means it was done intentioanlly, the game i saw when i ran the disc wasn't what i even saw! I PAID 50 BUCKS for this GAME for my DAUGHTER! And it is just a ugly mess of boxes with solid colors, it looks like a poor lego games from my day! FREAKING refund me!

My account Eric_5749 (created August 23, 2019) was compromised. The hacker removed my email and phone. I contacted Roblox Support twice — both times agents promised to help, but closed my tickets with a useless link to a recovery portal that requires an email or phone which I don't have attached.

I provided creation date, friend nickname (ghustbabby), avatar details, and asked for IP login verification. Support ignored it all and sent automated replies.

Roblox, please stop sending me in circles and manually review my account.
