The plants were not what I expected really leggy with hardly any leaves on. Not sure if they will survive I’ll just cut them back in the Autumn and hope for the best.

We had a package not delivered but the CS team sorted and resent it took a bit of chasing but it was a busy time. The plant quality however is really very good. So we will be back in the future

Lovely mature plants, exceedingly well packed. The delivery driver left them in a shaded spot on a very sunny day

The plants were very poor quality and had to be changed. We were shocked that such poor plants were sent out and i am sending you a photo showing the first plant next to the replacement. How come we were fobbed off with such poor stock not least as you had better. Really disappointing.

An ‘easy to order from website’. Lovely functional gardening apron, a pleasure to use. And Niwaki secateurs are excellent, as expected.

Ordered and received Salvia Nactvlinder plants x6. Plants arrived in healthy condition . Planted out and within 2 weeks they are starting to flower.

Your delivery partner advised of a date and time and when i checked tracking it said the delivery date hadbeen changed at my request blatant lies i had not been in touch with them.This is the second time this has happened.Had taken time off work to receive delivery which had now changed, no notification of change but of course said it was at my request, was concerned about the plants given the heat and now delay.Dispatched on the Tuesday and not received until the Friday
Emailed DPD asking for an explanation still waiting a response 5 days after delivery.Will not recommend or order from RHS again

Lovely zinc watering can, I bought it as a present, it's expensive for a watering can, but it is lovey as a gift, I think it will be very well received, if not I will be the owner of a lovely watering can

The Japanese cherry blossom tree was half dead at the top half of the tree when we received it. The soil it was in was powder dry. We gave the soil a good watering. We decided to plant the tree in our front garden hoping it will survive. We have now cut the dead branches off. Our gardener said it was hardy so we are really hoping it survives. I was very disappointed having received a plant in that condition from the rhs. I trusted your good name. The Cyprus tree is rather straggley but hoping with time it blossoms.
