Good company. Rusne made a very practical and nice design. Very friendly and helpful.

I bought my Reform kitchen entirely online, and I was honestly a little unsure how that would work for something this big. It made no difference at all. If anything, the experience was better than anything I've had in a regular kitchen showroom.

Rusne guided me through every step of the process and didn't miss a single detail. The advice was sharp and proactive, and whenever I had a question I got a response at very short notice. It never felt like I was dealing with a company at a distance. It felt like having a dedicated planner sitting next to me.

Very pleased with the whole process from first contact to final order. I'd highly recommend Reform, and I'd tell anyone hesitating about ordering remotely not to worry about it. You're in good hands.

The customer service was equally impressive, with Dave from the support team providing exceptional help, professionalism, and a quick resolution to my issue. Reform has created not only a great product but also a fantastic customer experience. I would definitely recommend it.

2Nd UPDATE: After some back and forth the customer service team put in an extra effort to put a pressure on the logistics partner which meant that we received our delivery just in time for the contractors to install it before they had to move on to other projects. This was much appreciated and I am therefore adjusting my original overall rating to reflect their accommodating behavior. I hope the Reform team will work with their logistics partners to ensure a more close alignment with their customers going forward.
UPDATE: I have received below response from Reform and would like to restate that I have written confirmation that the kitchen would be delivered this week (mid- or end of this week) so no, the order is not on time. If responsibility for the Reform’s customer journey is handed over to an external party (a carrier), I should at least be able to communicate with them directly. But I am not allowed to know who it is and am just waiting in the dark for some unknown carrier to contact me whenever it suits them. This is terrible customer service not worthy of a high-end expensive brand.
ORIGINAL MESSAGE: We have had a frustrating experience with Reform in connection with our kitchen delivery.
The initial sales and design phase went smoothly, but the process afterwards has been unclear and very difficult to navigate. It has been challenging to get concrete and reliable updates, and the timeline has felt uncertain throughout.
The main issue is the delivery and the handling once the kitchen left production. At that point, responsibility appears to be passed on entirely to the external carrier, with no support from Reform.
We have now been waiting for more than a week without any contact from the transport company, and despite reaching out, Reform has not been willing to assist in resolving the situation. In our view, this is highly questionable.
As a consequence, we are now in a situation where the contractors we had scheduled are unable to proceed with the installation. This creates unnecessary costs and practical challenges.
When investing in a kitchen at this price level, you expect the supplier to take responsibility all the way through, including delivery.
Overall, the lack of clarity and limited support between production finalization and delivery have made this a disappointing experience.

We have visited the showroom on our Copenhagen trip from Berlin. Rusne has talked my colleague and I through all available collections, option and how the process could look like. She has really inspired us to plan with Reform Kitchens in our future projects.
