Terrible customer support
All good to start with then won’t work!! Error saying that Multiple Key access attempted.. product will not activate.. Also a message stating this product is being used on another device suggesting the product key was cloned?? No answer from the 24/7 tech line and no answer to my emails ..
Lesson learnt if the price seems to good to be true it generally is!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

they sold 'dud' Lifetime Access to Microsoft 2024
they sold (via Groupon) Lifetime Access to Microsoft Office 2024 - i purchased this software on 18th July 2026
access worked upon following their email link to installation then lasted just 4 weeks till being denied access and no matter how many times i uninstall and follow their initial steps to re-gain access it is not working - as yet they have not responded to my emails
