I always order the same supplements—magnesium and melatonin. They arrive super fast and are amazing! I've tried other brands, but Prozis' formula is definitely the best! At least for me, it works perfectly.

The delivery was awful. Even after a failed delivery attempt by DPD (their fault), I couldn’t redirect the parcel to a pickup point. In the 21st century, having a pickup point option should be the bare minimum. I will never order from Prozis again – losing money without even getting to try the product is really frustrating.

It’s been a month since they lost my order. This is unacceptable they said they will give me voucher coupon but no one did, I’ve been chasing them for so long and it’s ridiculous. The lady called DIANA CARVALAHO, made it it’s like is my fault that the box was broken and 2 bottles were missing. When I confronted her she passed me down to Tiago, since she is incompetent and put the blame on me. Tiago said they will give me coupons/vouchers and it’s been 2 weeks nothing yet. I’m ordering every time over 150£ orders is this the way you should treat your regular customers that actually spend money. Hopefully someone will read this and respond to it, and resolve my issues

False advertisement.

I ordered protein & oats bars which were part of an offer " Three for Two" which made me wanna order a 4 pack in order to get 6 total.
I even have the screenshots that I purchased the right flavor that was part of the offer, I'm currently trying to solve the issue with paypal.
In the end I received 4 and the offer wasn't even included, I'd have gone for other products had I known I'd get scammed like this.
Used to trust and like Prozis, well I'll be more mindful with my orders now that I know their offers don't stand.

I really like the quality of the clothing and have no complaints about the apparel itself. However, my first experience as a customer was disappointing. I received a few complimentary food products with my order, and unfortunately, all three Melty bars and the Zero Protein Cookies & Cream bars were expired and tasted bad. The peanut butter and Cookies & Cream spreads were also very close to their expiration dates. I understand these items were free, and I appreciated the gesture, but receiving expired products as a first-time customer was disappointing. What made it worse was how the situation was handled when I reached out about it. Good customer service goes a long way, and I feel like this could have been handled much better. I still like the clothing, but this experience definitely affected my overall impression of the company.

Prozis is expensive; even with a discount, it works out pricier than other well-known brands. Their marketing relies on gullible people to whom they send free products. If someone doesn't deliver results for them, the partnership gets cancelled within six months. When you consider how they can afford to send free supplements to absolutely everyone—even those who might not actually benefit the company—it becomes clear that they source their raw materials primarily from China. You simply wouldn't give away high-quality supplements.

I had never come across a caffeine and protein mix until I came across Prozis. I no longer have to drink my latte and protein shakes separate as Prozis offers both in caramel latte flavor. The Nutzer bars taste great and are a good in between snack after workouts and in between meals!
