There is a very trustworthy agent name Jinney Payne whom I worked with since 2014, Our tax issues were so complicated but she managed to put us at ease everytime I talked to her . She helped us all the way until the resolution of tax debt both personal and business,from affordable installment agreement to finally discharge our lien. she is very knowledgeable of the tax resolution process.She put her unconditional extra time and always available to talk to for the best management of our tax problem.She is very professional and ethical . I highly recommend her to be given an award as Precison tax personnel as she had been a dedicated employee as well a great asset to the company. She is a role model to be on the pedestal to be a great example for the rest, although the rest of the team too had been helpful like Jessica Smith when she is on vacation. I will use them again , but hopefully wont have anymore tax issues

When I first called for assistance I was very impressed with the courtesy and how quickly I was given a representative. I explained my situation, asked if he could help and the cost. He said he was sure they could and gave me the cost . My wife and I decided to work with them and from that point on everything went very good.i delt with a number of representatives due to employee charges and advancement. All of them were very courteous and extremely knowledgeable about my case and the process involved. I finally finished the last seven months with Heather Smith. She is an outstanding representative. Her knowledge of the IRS and tax system is excellent. She contacted me once a month with updates and to see if I had been contacted by the IRS about something she had not received. She also called any time she received information from the IRS about our case. When we got closer to our deadline the IRS began taking action prior to the time she had predicted so she called right away to let us know. The process proceeded towards resolution and she was on it every step of the way right up to completion. We were concerned the IRS might keep our refund for the current year so we extended our contract and as soon as they notified her our refund was processed and would be sent she call us. Our contract ended and we received a letter from the IRS advising us they had held out an amount as a penalty we owed. I called Heather and informed her what the letter said and she advised that was for a year we didn’t have health insurance. She said she would check for us just to be sure. She called and told us she was correct and all was good. I asked if we owed her since our contract was closed and she said no. Precision Tax is an excellent company and i would refer them to anyone. Heather Smith is an absolute charm and a very valuable asset to the company. 100% Thank all of you.

The staff is very friendly when i call. They always make a good effort and trying to make sure they can connect you with the person you're trying to reach then once you reach the person you are assigned to that person seems very knowledgeable with my file I know they have hundreds and hundreds of Case Files they work with so that seems pretty impressive they take the time to review situation constantly and recommend the best strategy for our family I sure appreciate that our rep is Christina kady she's very good

Don’t know where to start. Gene the owner is who I talked with first. There were so many tax folks advertising for business, but when I talked with Gene he made all the sense I needed. True professional and told me the truth about my situation upfront. I owed the IRS and it was legit. Gene told me he could get me some time to pay them and did just that. That was all I needed. Love that guy! Taylor was my representative, I can’t even began to tell you of how well she took care of me and fought to get the right decision for me. Take a bow Taylor. You deserve it. Naomi Morrow was a wonderful case specialist who helped guide me through the daunting one year and 10 month journey of contacting and negotiating with the IRS. She was incredibly communicative, professional and friendly throughout the entire process, giving me a sense of reassurance that I could not find in multiple other tax specialists, accountants and IRS appointed representatives.

Even though Precision Tax Relief seems to be a large company, I always felt cared about and never forgotten. Even though the process took a long time, they stayed in the fight throughout, staying within the fee from the original contract. Moving from a potential tax bill of over $300K to a reasonable settlement of $48K, I couldn't have been more relieved and appreciative.
