Non existent customer support
I purchased some Amazon gift cards from their store. The cards were then flagged as suspicious and I was told to contact premiumcdkeys support. But since then they haven't responded to any of my emails. They have selective support based on my experience.

Second time the charm...
This was recommended from a Youtube video as a source for the Windows 11 Pro retail key so I took a chance since it was so inexpensive. After my upgrade to a new motherboard, etc. I was glad to see it booted to my old OS but the Windows was showing as needing a new key. The first attempts showed that it didn't work despite a lot of troubleshooting. Finally, I contacted Premium CD Keys and told them my dilemma. With a couple of hours, I got a response, a new key and a kind message. It worked! Very great customer service and I'll use them again in future builds.
