I bought what they called a “LIBERTY Large T4 mesure X = 43 à 50 cm” which is a dog wheel chair rebranded from Handicapped Pets. When I got the chair it was of size Medium. I’m going to make this short on why you should not buy from this shop especially if you are not French.
They refuse to speak or write any language other than French. When I got to communicate with them by using the google translator to write my emails and told them I got the wrong size chair they said “You should not read what is in the box” referring to the fact that their product was actually medium size even though they named it Large. Also they claimed the chair could support dogs up to 60Kg even though on the manufacturer site they state the medium chair supports dogs up to 69 pounds = 31.2979 kg
I had to pay from my pocket 120 Euros to return the chair. They did not refund me that value or gave me a chance to use their return agreement for when the product is shipped incorrectly (Because in their mind Large = Medium so it was shipped correctly).
I actually feared I would never see any of my money back upon returning the chair even though I never used or assembled it. In the end I got 406eu back from the 552eu I spent in total when including all the shipping costs. I ended up buying the chair from wheels4dogs.co.uk which from which I got impeccable communication throughout all the process.
EDIT: I posted a review on google maps (search for polytrans) where I posted pictures of the invoice and the received product. You can go to their website and check the product description in comparison to what I got. This polytrans representative that answered my review still has the nerve to say "you got what you commanded". In their mind I guess I did because Large = Medium ... right ?

Hello Mr Joao, You were put in connection with the person in charge of the sav with whom you reviewed. After check it turns out that you received the size that you commanded. Concerning expenses return they are chargeable to the customer when it is the good received product. Our accountant did what's necessary by proceeding to the refund. The customer service.
Recommendation
I highly recommend it because I'm very satisfied eith the products and the service!!!
