I have now been waiting for delivery of a pool-roof for six weeks, even though Pooltime was very fast to send an invoice that had to be paid in advance.
Status-updates are not existing, and any updates has to be dragged out of them. I am starting to wonder if I will ever receive the poolroof
Very good service, and I think the quality of the one we got is really good, installation time a bit underestimated but it worked out, best to be 3 as the element are big, and a bit heavy.
We had one issue with the width between the rails, but is was resolved after a chat with customer service, I can only emphasize that it does require very precise alignment between the rails
