Perfectkeur 

Part knowledgeable, part lazy and part useless.

The point of view is of a person that has little knowledge about buildings and that is the reason asking for a technical inspection.

The review is based on more than 10 technicians viewing the house and making a comparison between them.

The technician that came to inspect the house seemed knowledgeable and we learned a few general things about the obvious visible damages present.
- wooden window frames being rotten, visible, but how bad.
- rusted pipes, visible, but how bad

The part lazy and part useless:
- Rotten floor: The technician said the floor was good in the toilet and hallway, but when we pointed out that the floor is not flat and seems to be broken, we had to ask 2 twice before they went under the floor to inform us that it rotted away and needs to be replaced
- Lazy investigating: The technician expected that everything was well, until we explicitly asked them to go under the floor and check them
- Leaking roof: The celeings were stained in a few places. After asking specifically for a test, the technician tested the ceiling and one of the test came as an active leakage.
- Asbestos visible: The technician told us about asbestos on the roof, but when he entered the storage room and said it was good...that was completely wrong. Later we found out that there were asbestos pieces all over the place and the room could not be used unless cleaned by a professional company.
- Radiators not working: They missed that several radiators were not working.
- and more problems that if we did not point out, the technician would have said the house is in very good condition.

The costs mentioned in their report are based only on repairing an element and do not include dismantling and cleaning.

When we asked Perfectkeur for explantation regarding the report and the missed items, we were quickly dismissed and pointed to the find print/ disclaimers.

Since they were booked by the agent that we had, we followed them based on trust.

Given their behavior and the experience that we had with them, I am giving them 2 stars since we got some information.

If you came this far and you are looking for a company to assess the state of a house, I suggest that you first read the fine print/ disclaimers before booking a house inspection.
I personally would not recommend Perfectkeur for any inspection work.

Absolutely not recommended. Glaring issues were missed and said to be 'too obvious' to note.
No responsibility taken, or even an apology. Only wanting to meet without a third party, knowing they would be able to "bluff" themselves past us.
Do not deal with these people.

Perfectkeur overcharged me for providing me with a (mandatory) 'energielabel'. When I confronted them with their invoice, which was 30% higher than expected , their communication style was aggressive and dismissive.

Hired this company to do a technical inspection on a house that I was planning to buy. They failed to notice some major issues that ended up costing me a lot of time, money and stress. I do not recommend doing business with this company. Totally unprofessional!

We hire "professionals" because we do not know all the details. When we pay them we expect them to disclose all the details. That did not happen.
Perfectkeur did not indicate in the report that boiler maintenance has not been carried out for nearly two years. The report actually states that maintenance has been carried out. This is a spot on.
Secondly, Perfectkeur did not check against any water leaks. They test only draw-off points. The report indicate that everything is fine, but in reality, the old valves start leaking once you close and reopen them.
(This *likely* deliberate, because Perfectkeur was suggested by the seller's agent)

We bought a house in 2019 , trusting their report. Their report stated that there are no lead pipes visible. After a water leakage destroying our kitchen and toilet , we learned that there were lead pipes everywhere. One of them being visible at the very bottom of the kitchen sink.( starting as copper and then continue as lead).I understand that they are not allowed to break anything to investigate further, but to see that lead pipe at the kitchen they didnt have to break anything, just look in detail. I have written explanation from the plumber company that fixed the leakage and lead pipes for me ;” lead pipe under the kitchen sink was visible and inspector should have seen it”. Still they dont take any responsibility. I am very disappointed. By the way , it is really strange that they have nearly perfect reviews at the website that is listed above trustpilot at google search results. ( One can say it is nearly unrealisticly good).
