Upon dispatch we send a track&trace code, this is where all tracking information can be found. If the courier is unable to deliver to your home they might deliver it to a collection point, the information on the tracking page will be updated with this information. If the parcel is not collected and it is returned to us, we have to charge for the return costs incurred according to our terms and conditions.
