We’ve just started using Luxon Storage after using National Storge for the past year. The storage shed is huge and much much cheaper than what we are currently paying. I also love the convenience of the app and it gives me extra price of kind knowing that no one can just break a lock to get inside our unit like other storage facilities. So far we are super impressed, the staff have been really lovely to deal with and walked me through how to get into our unit on the start date.

Easy website to navigate. Did have a little trouble with the app but a quick call to manager Brian and he sorted it out for me.
Had to rent extra room on the day of our move and again Brian was very helpful.

An awful experience at Loxon Loganholme.
Booked and reserved a parking spot in Loganholme,( I have the booking confirmation), which John and Glen, to whom I am grateful, helped me find it, and then you have Brian the Liar, who says “no draaama”, who made me come from Pimpama with my documents, and 5 minutes before I arrived sends me a message that “an old customer came in just now and took all available spaces, so I don’t have anything. I have the messages, you have the footage of me inside , I have the booking confirmation. While I had an excellent experience with all the other managers at Loxon, Brian who is half asleep while he talks to you, is a liar and a con man. The management at Loxon should look into how one of the managers is conning people and losing business for them while all the other managers are highly professional. Don’t take your belongings to Loxon Loganholme, it’s an awful experience.

Moving can be stressful and it can be hard to estimate how much storage space you need. I needed to upsize then downsize and John went above and beyond to cater to my personal needs. I am comfortable knowing that my belongings are safe and I feel like a valued customer

The process of downsizing our storage needs was soooo easy with the staff there. The girls are always keen to help with any inquiries and are fast to act to ensure you get exactly what you require. They give you all the options available always with a smile on their faces. The storage units and buildings are impeccably clean and give you confidence your treasures will be well looked after.

Tracey is such a great person to work with, she helped me set up the stripe stuff. The downside is the stripe stuff was too sensitive to lighting etc.

Everything about Loxon storage has been Perect so far. The manager was extremely helpful and very friendly. The space is great, clean, easy access and very secure. This is our 3rd month, we are very happy and we will definetly be recommending Loxon to friends and family.
