We purchased a house through Livermores and unfortunately the sale fell through last minute. Although it was through no fault of the estate agents at all, they were extremely helpful throughout the entire process, supporting us emotionally and doing everything they could to pull the sale back. Although it ultimately wasn’t meant to be, we still really appreciated the feeling that they genuinely cared and were rooting for us. Especially Taye, Nicola and Mark. Would highly recommend!

There is nothing so frustrating as a sale falling through just before the exchange of contracts. To reach that stage you have overcome so many hurdles, so we completely understand your emotions to be told that the sale is not going to proceed to a completion.
Mark, Nicola and Taye really tried their best to keep this sale going for you, there were many calls and conversations taking place behind the scenes, but in the end, it was just not enough on this occasion.

Renting and selling through the cladding crisis
Got very familiar with Livermores Dartford when trying to sell my flat due to the cladding crisis scuppering those plans! Rented through their letting agency instead whilst everything got sorted and then eventually sold through them when it was.
Really good throughout, really appreciated their open and honest communication which you don't always see in an estate agency. Mainly dealt with Mark, big kudos to him.

The follow-up support team deserves a mention too. They’ve looked after us with total professionalism, keeping us regularly in the loop with constant updates. Sales price above expectations
Excellent local knowledge and marketing achieved a significantly higher sales price than the original estimates supplied by a number of other agents. Both Mark and Ben were very open and honest during the whole sales process and always available to discuss any issues. The Dartford office is run in a very professional manner where everyone appeared to be up to date with our sale at all times. The sales portal saves a lot of time on unnecessary verbal updates as it is kept up to date. (Not all agents use a portal)
Overall highly recommended.
