Under no circumstances should anyone use this site to purchase tickets!
I purchased tickets for Manchester United v Nottingham Forest in May and upon attempting to scan the tickets at the turnstiles, it became obvious that the tickets could not be used. The tickets where then taken off me by the club and I had to buy two more to attend the match.
Thankfully, my bank refunded the amount but please stay away from this site as it is a quite shady operation

One day i bought a ticket for Manchester home game of champions league match and we went to Manchester . it was 2 hour to start match and i couldn’t find tickets in my email then i realised there was small mistake while i put my email when buying . i immediately sent email to them to send tickets to next email but i was thinking they won’t check mail this quickly and i have to go back and all the money and time would go waste i was looking to buy train tickets to go back but they sent me tickets within few minutes, iam very thankful to livefootball ticket team for great quick response. i recommend everyone to buy tickets from this platform

Recently bought England World Cup tickets. Had trouble with the FIFA app so couldn’t transfer the tickets to my name. Livefootballtickets were brilliant and very helpful. This is the best and most trusted website to get your tickets to any world event. I have used them 3 times throughout the years, I have used other sites for football matches and they are so transparent and fast, the first time I used them was in 2018 for a Roma match and then made the mistake to use a different site for the PSG match in April and they were terrible, from the website, customer service and responses. this is the only site I trust and use!

This company is an absolute disgrace! I bought tickets to the World Cup 2026 in December 2025. The World Cup starts today and I have been trying to get hold of my tickets every day for 2/3 weeks and multiple employees/agents have failed to close out the problem. I fly to US this weekend without tickets, and nobody has had the decency to even call me to try and help. All I have received is the exactly same ticket download instructions every day that has not worked. I have been a loyal customer but now I am done with such Mickey Mouse behaviour/customer service. Please make sure you check the T&Cs before making a purchase because it says they don’t have to give you a refund unless the game/event is cancelled, so this simply means that they can take your money but don’t actually have to provide you with a product/tickets. 🤬

I bought Tickets for Liverpool vs. Chelsea on 9th of May and was promised to receive the tickets one week before the match via email.
In the end we were running around a pub with about 100 other nerved fans to find a so-called agent who finally handed mobile phones to us with tickets on them that were assigned to other persons, who obviously sell their tickets for about 10 times the original price to stupids like we were. Untill after passing the gare I was afraid that we would be refused because we were obviously not the person owning this phones.
It seems there is a whole business run by someone registering as s fan to get tickets and then selling them via this platform earning a good amount of money.
Better buy fan journey in your travel agency!

AVOID. Bought tickets for the World Cup, Livefootballtickets accepted the sale and then cancelled it days before the event with no offer of replacement tickets and didn’t honour their 150% guarantee. Steer clear

Be very careful with these fraudsters. Paid £160 each for 2 tickets for the Champions League screening at the Emirates on Saturday. Was refused entry and referred to the Box Office who informed me that the tickets simply weren't valid. Unsurprisingly there isn't an emergency phone number (or indeed any other type of direct contact number) so nothing I could do about it on the day. Referred all this to livefootballtickets.com who who refused a refund effectively accusing me of lying about the whole matter and also because I didn't launch an immediate complaint instead of waiting a whole 48 hours! Cowboys is the nicest word I could use and had Arsenal actually won and I had been deprived of attending the event my words would be a lot stronger than they are now. Don't go near them.

The team were quick, helpful and really responsive. Really pleased to have worked with them - what felt like just ordering tickets was made easy, quick and fast and they were super responsive to my queries.

One always has a bit of trepidation about these ticket sales, but Livefootball staff responded to my questions promptly and walked me through the process. Once again, a success and a great experience. Thanks all.

Scam. I bought a second hand ticket thru LiveFootball for West Ham x Arsenal and could get into the stadium. The ticket face value was 85 pounds and I paid 266,95USD. Complaining with West Ham customer service they were already prepare telling me (and hundreads of others) that buying a resale ticket is forbidden and criminal ofense. They gave me a paper to register the episode (looks like very normal nowadays in England) and said they would try to get my money back. This LIVEFOOTBALL is a scam. Nobody answer me, I registered my experience and no answer whatsoever. Now, I'm trying thru my credit card, but apparently they don't understand what scam is - they want me to provide them receipts and confirmations that I was scammed? I mean, ask for the bad guys a confirmation they made me as fool (and hundreads of others) ? Insane. Don't buy it guys, SCAM !

Perfect can’t complain one bit ngl I was very unsure and worried it wouldn’t work but I was proven wrong and was extremely happy and grateful, thank you 🙏🏻
