I found this company on SHOPIFY when I saw their product SHAKE AND VAC. The products smell so beautiful and they seem to work so naturally effective without any harsh , synthetic chemicals. I am so thrilled that with every order , I receive a little sample of a new fragranced product. My laundry and now my whole house smells so glamorous! Their customer service is so friendly and helpful too. I’m a big fan and look forward to trying all the range.

I brought this as a gift
I brought this as a gift. There were doubles in the mystery box and would have been better if it came in a small gift box, not just thrown into a large box with heaps of paper. Now I need to find a box to put items in to be gifted

We completely understand your disappointment with receiving some duplicate items and with the products arriving in our shipping box with protective packing rather than in a smaller presentation box.
As our Last Chance Mystery Boxes are made up from the remaining stock of our discontinued bath ranges and are heavily discounted, the mix of products and scents can vary from box to box. That said, your feedback has highlighted that we could make it much clearer that these boxes are packed for shipping rather than presented as a ready-to-gift hamper.
We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we’ll take this feedback on board for any future mystery boxes or similar offers.

Service was excellent. The product appears to be working for me. The perfume is lovely, my top loader machine smells lovely. I do have to dissolve the crystals in. Little hot water and then pour the solution into the fabric softener section of the machine. I found that the crystals did not dissolve otherwise. But other than that I am very pleased. Angela

Word of mouth truly works!
I was recommend by a work mate to check out your products. I have very sensitive hands. She bought in a few things for me to smell (my sense of smell is limited as well) and what I could smell was absolutely stunning! I placed an order for a few bits for mum as a care package before an upcoming surgery. Order was placed after a big name brand order and received well before the other. Im nervous about using the products I've bought for me, but also optimistic that it will be perfect! I love the roll on perfumes!
