The Light I've Been Looking For
I'd already been looking at this light on a third party site when I saw you offering it at a discounted price, it was a bit of a no-brainer really. A good looking, high powered, low profile ceiling light, easy transaction on the website and quick delivery. Only just fitted it today and more than happy with it, the 24W led gives the light intensity I've been looking for.

Very disappointing service
I ordered the most beautiful chandalier, which arrived in good time. I opened and read the first part of the instructions which said I needed an electrician to install it.
OK, fair enough. I contacted my electrician, who of course told me that he was very busy, and that he'd fir me in around other jobs. As it was August, I was away on holiday for a week, and a couple of weekends.
He came round 2 days ago, and showed me that the wire was too long for the size of the room, and so we couldn't install it.
Very sadly, I contacted you asking if I could send it back, but was told NO, as it was outside the 14 day period. I replied, and told them the above - and was told again that they couldn't refund me.
I am extremely disappointed as I couldn't have done anything sooner.
Although you have some beautiful lights, I shall never use or recommend you to anyone else. Very unacommodating.

Good evening, we always advise that an electrician fits your lighting, but if you can do it yourself and have the knowledge to do so then that is completely your choice. The length of a chandelier (chain and wire) can be shortened to fit the height that you require in your room. We are sorry to hear of your experience.
