Complicate After Sales

I bought two ebikes from this Company, the first (thorugh Amazon) in 2020, the second, directly from their webside, in 2023.

On the second ebike, after 15 months (627 kms in 22 hours) the battery has decided to die, with a start of fire, despite it was always used properly, with its charger and stored in proper condition (never under rain, or under the sun).

I wrote three times to Leon Cycles because, for me it's absolutely unfair to spend 450 Euros for a new battery, after 600 kms. No reply from them at all.

UPDATE: after weeks, and after I already bought a new battery, Leon Cycle, wrote me accepting the claim and sending a replacing battery. Good but not perfect (due to their missing feedback, I already bought another battery ... )

I purchased the NCM Moscow Plus E-bike

I purchased the NCM Moscow Plus E-bike, just over two weeks ago, but after carefully following the manual for assembling the bike I had an accident due to the bike being sent out in a dangerous state. This incident was reported immediately to the Leon Web site U K and Leon Web Site Deuschland, but despite several attempts to make contact through the contact me form and email, I have had no reply.

The accident happened because unbeknown to me, the back wheel nut was not tightened and as the wheel became lose the bike's chain locked up and I was thrown off my new bike.

Consequently, I suffered several injuries and as a seventy-year-old man I was lucky I was not killed..

After further inspection, I found that the e-bike had been sent out with the front wheel, forks, yoke, brakes assembled back to front.

It took ages to sort this out!

Shames on Leoncycle for send out a bike that is extremely dangerous.
