We provide a collab with a shipping company (BLG Seasun) who can offer all types of transportation. But for porcelain it's very difficult to have fixed prices, as the pieces and conditions can be so very different. But they can give a quote for most purchases and locations. You can always contact us via support@lauritz.com for assistance in getting a quote. This goes for both individual purchases or bulking deliveries.

The professional attitude and understanding that Lauritz shows to the customer´s need to sometimes regret the bidding is commendable. The packing/wrapping of items when they are sent is securely done. The cutomer doesn´t risk any damages.

We were particularly impressed with the shipping, although it was somewhat slow. It was very easy to order shipping, and even though the delivery took some time, it was compensated by the fact that the very big lot of fragile items (porcelain) was individually packed in "bubble wrap", and all items survived the journey without damage.

For the first time - refund
For the first time, I did not want to keep what I bought - that was not a problem at all. They were very helpful and within 5 days I had my money back.
I have bought a lot through the years, and I have always been very happy, about the way they have handlet me as a customer. Always great service!

The auktionpart good - the transportation not so good!
The actual bidding process—handling the bids, the hammer fall, and the packing at Lauritz—was incredibly smooth, and overall, it was a great experience. However, the item had to be delivered / transported by DSV/Schenker. That part didn't go particularly well; you simply can't rely on the delivery arrangements made with them. The scheduled delivery window was Thursday between 7 AM and 5 PM—requiring someone to be present at the address—but unfortunately, they didn't arrive until the following Monday... hmmm.
