We saw quite a few negative reviews but got the impression that these were exaggerated and stemmed from a customer misunderstanding, or being unhappy with what we thought was a sensible resolution. E.g long delivery time, orders being cancelled due to no stock etc. We took the risk as we had time before needing the product we bought.

Fortunately, there was no risk at all. Miles cheaper than other companies and great value for money, good communication from company, and arrived on time/as expected.

This was a 5/5 experience without any doubt.

After placing an order and receiving confirmation that my purchase was successful, I was shocked to receive an email few hours later stating that they wanted to cancel my order. This kind of inconsistency and lack of professionalism is simply unacceptable in today's competitive market.

Firstly, the website boasted about their efficient ordering process and quick delivery times. However, they failed to live up to these promises when they suddenly decided they couldn't fulfill my order. This left me scrambling to find an alternative, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

Reason they offered (since we bought the item on discount, was that there was a technical error with the website that caused item to be on discount when we bought it!) It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority.

Moreover, the whole ordeal wasted valuable time that could have been spent dealing with a more reliable vendor. Trust and reliability are crucial factors when shopping online, and unfortunately, kjopbarnevogn.no failed miserably in both aspects.

In conclusion, I would strongly advise against using kjopbarnevogn.no for any future purchases. Their unprofessional conduct and disregard for customer satisfaction make them an unreliable choice. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere where your business will be valued and respected.
