Disappointing Quality Downgrade in a Premium Product
I have been using the Kama Ayurveda Hair Color Kit for the last six months and have genuinely liked the product. However, I was surprised to see that the gloves included in the latest kit are of significantly poorer quality than before. While this may seem like a small change, the gloves tore during application, leaving my hands badly stained and taking away from the overall experience.
At this price point, customers expect consistency in quality. Changes like these make loyal customers question whether cost-cutting measures are affecting other aspects of the product as well. I hope Kama Ayurveda maintains the standards that have made customers trust and choose the brand in the first place. Please don’t disappoint your loyal customers.

Disappointing experience.
Disappointing experience.
I placed an ONLINE ORDER worth around ₹10,000 and received a broken product. When I reported the issue, they refused to replace the damaged product, and instead I was asked to visit a physical store to replace just the bottle/pump.
I placed this order online. If visiting a store was convenient, I would have purchased it from the store in the first place. and when a product is broken i would expect the least to replace it. I dont know what else to do here.
Very disappointing experience, especially for an expensive price.

Great products and excellent service
Excellent products and great customer service
I first found these products in India and always purchase them on my trips there. However, I do need to restock between trips and have found the UK website to be excellent. Fulfillment has now moved to Spain which means it takes a few more days to receive your goods. I had queries with my last delivery and all solved promptly and in a friendly way by Dean Q. He answered all my emails promptly and answered by queries.

Amazing products and excellent customer service
This is the first time buying Kama Ayurveda products. Loved the kumkumadi oil and the cream. Their customer service is excellent. Tabetha B was very helpful and sorted the issue with regard to the broken pipette of the leave in body oil. The delivery of the replacement was super quick.

Aweful face reaction
I brought the kumkumadi oil from their shop in mumbai.
Have used it 2 days and my face is full of reaction im so upset.
I've got small bumps, spots all over my face which dont seem to go away even after using no creams or anything on my face.
Its so itchy and burns at times.
I am so disappointed 😞 after spending so much money on my 1st product.
