Awful washing machine and appalling customer service. Difficult to book a repair, nightmare getting in touch with them, wasting hours on the phone, being bounced from one person to another just to get a repair under warranty.

Worst customer service and repair…
Worst customer service and repair service I have ever experienced. Not only did the engineer come 6 hours late with no communication, he also didn't perform the repair and asked a vulnerable adult to give him more cash despite us already having paid for the repair and parts. Incredibly disappointed by the lack of integrity and professionalism. The customer service team were not particularly helpful and have said someone will call me back within 48 hours. Obviously I want a full refund and compensation but was told I will have to pay a penalty for cancelling my 6 month repair and care plan...

The company are very good. You deal with a problem very quickly. And sort everything out on the day. That they can. So thank you very much. Just the drawer which was swapped over . I am unable to use the softener drawer. As a piece is missing.

Unfriendly engineer
My experience wasn't very good as the engineer that came to do the job hardly said a word to me and seemed ignorant and nonchalant when I was asking about the problem with my washing machine.And constantly kept complaining about his other job.

Not good appliance with repeat drum…
Not good appliance with repeat drum issues guess they never learn. Not good field engineers Whirlpool/Indesit and domestic & general in the mix over the phone with their too many telephone numbers. Engineers say people aren't at home multiple times yet they are they take time off work especially after confirmed texts and emails and WANT the appliance repaired. Poor call centre communications not coordinated well at all. Severe distress for customers. Got a new appliance (not Indesit) in the end after what felt like pulling teeth. Sort it out! Do not really want to take another plan out with D&G after the 1yr warranty. They cannot manage the repair agents whirlpool Indesit or the managing estate agent efficiently. Based on experience within UK.

We were offered a visit a days earlier and we accepted. The technician arrive early in the morning, he was very friendly and informed me of what he was going to do. He explained what parts he had replaced and he cleaned the tumble dryer. Excellent service. Thank you.
