A nice shop. Calm and knowledgeable staff who are happy to think along with you and take their time. They are willing to adjust the price if the desired item is cheaper elsewhere at a similar store. The website is clear and the ordering and payment process is simple. Automatic email messages keep you informed about payment and shipping. All in all, a positive online experience, and also with the physical store in Tilburg. Keep up the good work.

A good experience but just fell short of great. I wanted to upgrade my 40 year old system from stereo to surround sound but wanted to do listening tests and iEar seemed to be the ideal place. I had some components in mind and a budget and went to the shop for a demonstration. They did not have the components I wanted to hear in store but they did persuade me to double my budget for the Sub. Their AV Amplifier collection was small so I got an Amp elsewhere. Unfortunately it took over a month for everything to arrive and one of the speakers was defective, not their fault. Overall I got the feeling they were keen to up sell to me but not quite so keen to please me. It's a business and they need to make money, I get it, but I want to enjoy spending that kind of cash and I can't say that I did in the end. The system we put together is awesome though so those frustrations will fade quickly.

Excellent DAC/Streamer. I use it with the computer, but with WiFi it is possible to control/stream via Android. Swift delivery, well packed and great support. Thanks!

I just bought from them a pair of KEF R500, used but in very good condition.

I wanted to try the speakers with 2 amplifiers which they had in the shop. They have been so kind to prepare the auditorium to enable to test both pairing. Finally I bought the speakers only. The amp will join later.

I am very happy with the service and with the speakers as well. They sound amazing and I am rediscovering my preferred music.
