Jerseys ordered on July 20th still haven’t arrived

The shipping took a little longer than expected but the quality was worth it. But I did have a slight issue i ordered a mexico jersey for someone else but the players number was peeling from the front other than that it was fine.

10/10 quality, just like the real ones and for 1/5th of the price.

I know it may be shady buying from a website you have never bought from before but trust me you won’t regret your purchase. I had bought 4 jerseys after the world cup ended and they came in 4 weeks, however I believe the pakages arrive faster now. They were really 1 to 1 quality trust me it would be a really good purchase

Honestly, I was so excited for my shirts until i realized that the text on both of them are wrong ☠️. If you want a basic jersey then go ahead but if you want something different like a goalkeeper or a retro jersey from an unpopular team then i would not purchase from there.

Ordered about 9 jerseys waited a month but worth the wait the jersey quality 10/10 even tho shipping took a little long lowk recommend buying again

I still haven’t got my jerseys I got a Real Madrid jersey and a kaka jersey and still haven’t received it hopefball please help because I ordered it in July last month so when will I get it

Probably the best site to get football jerseys from for actual reasonable prices. Have ordered 3 t-shirts twice and have never been disappointed. All are very good quality and definitely worth the money which i have spent. Recomend heavily!!

Very good customer service, very friendly & quick shipping times. Also was very well packaged.

Had a small issue and they were kind enough to send me another garment free of charge. I'd recommend.

The jerseys came after like 5-ish weeks ( i live in illinois), but they were good, comfortable, and 1:1. i would recommend buying from here, but the shipping takes a LOOOONG TIME. i was skeptical after 3 weeks, but worth it.

i order my jersey july 18th and i got it yeserday i waited almost 1 month for my jersey the jersey is good good fabric good patches but need to improve on shipping

Very frustrating experience. I ordered several jerseys about two months ago, and shipping took forever, with tracking going days or even weeks without updates. The package was eventually marked as "delivered", but I never received it, and my apartment building has no record of the delivery.

Overall, after waiting this long and still not receiving my order, I'm extremely disappointed. I'd like Hopefball to help me resolve this issue.

EDIT: The package finally arrived, a week after it was marked as delivered. However, one jersey was missing and another was missing the number. These were changes made with customer service immediately after ordering which obviously didn't happen. Overall the jersey quality is good but shipping/tracking is awful and customer service bad. If you order, be ABSOLUTELY positive to have all jersey details correct.

I’m never buying from here again! I ordered 5 jerseys and only 3 out of the 5 arrived. Not to mention it took a month to arrive and it was stuck in transit for 2 weeks. During that whole time I kept asking for helping and kept contacting customer service but they never responded and I just send a message to see what can get worked out but they still do t respond! I advise you not to buy from here!

Says my package was delivered but when I checked my porch there was nothing and there was nothing at my local post office

⭐ 1 Star — Terrible Experience

I ordered a Blank USA fan home jersey from Hopefball 53 days ago, and I still haven’t received my order. It hasn’t been delivered to my door, and the delivery service is absolutely terrible considering how long it has taken.

As for the quality of the jersey, I can’t even comment on it because I haven’t received it. Customer support has also been extremely disappointing. I’ve tried reaching out, but I’ve been left on seen or sent with no actual help or resolution.

Very disappointed with this order and the lack of communication. I would not recommend Hopefball based on my experience.
