The transaction was professionally conducted however I had to make at least 3 phoncalls to place my order.
A further observation! Even though there were quantity gifts promoted and after placing my orders a refund certificate was offered I received nothing. Is Hawesko encouraging the cancellation of orders and reordering so as to participate in such promotions.

Ordered 10 bottles of wine on 3rd of October, it said package will be shipped within 3 days. It took them 8 days just to ship package. Then UPS took another 5 days and damage was reported on package (one bottle broke). I wrote them instantly and of course, I don't get any reply from the,.
