They advertise 2 to 3 days processing time, it took them three weeks to"process"my order! I ordered these shirts one month before I travel to go watch games where I thought I would be wearing these jerseys to each game, but one month later and I still have not received the order, and the worst part is I actually paid $40 for express shipping which was absolutely useless. I reached out to them by email three times and each time they tell me a phony story about how it's been shipped already but for some reason FedEx did not yet generate the tracking number. This is absolute garbage, and when I asked to cancel the order they simply ignored the request in the response. Each time I reached out to them via email I received a slightly different version of the story always ignoring the fact that they advertise 2 to 3 days processing time and now these jerseys are useless as they will arrive well after I have left for my trip. Terrible customer service and terrible communication skills, honesty is a better policy

Can't access to tracking my order. No one from customer support is answering me. But they've got my money so good for them I guess...

I have ordered from here many times but this time i got disappointed. So i ordered two jerseys, and along with a huge delay, when the order arrived only one came, i have written to gogoalshop twice and have had 0 response for a whole day. You have let me down.

No response, no tracking, massive delays. Over 2 weeks and still processing an order. I have emailed both contacts on the site but no reply.
*Update* order shipped 18 days after purchase. Will not receive for est 15-20 more days!

I have ordered my stuff 2 weeks ago, website said it would take 10-20 days. However after 2 weeks, the tracking order they gave me don’t work, zero track of what and where the order is, and the replies with the customer service takes 24-48 hours. Their ai bot says the order is still on china but god knows… might have been scammed

I wanted to buy some new shirts for the world cup for me and my friends, but when I wanted to pay, my bank blocked my card. After that I called my bank and they said that people were trying to steal my money from hongkong and singapore.

Amazing quality and great customer service. My original package was delayed through customs clearance and they sent me a replacement. Fully recommend

Their product is really well made and looks good as the real jerseys. I got like 5 shirts for my birthday and I loved them all. I’ll definitely will buy for jerseys in the future.

The shirts that came were really high quality with really good stitching. However, it took a long time for the shirts to come and one of them ran out of stock, which wasn’t great. They were very understanding though and gave me a different shirt of my choosing. Would buy again.

The website and service are excellent, but what matters most is that the jerseys are completely authentic and fantastic. I highly recommend getting the name and number of your favorite player added.

it says that the order will cme to 2 3 weeks and i am waiting one and a half MONTH

Amazing quality. If i could give 6 stars i would. It is 100% worth the price. The customer service is so so helpful, i accidentally ordered the wrong size but i contacted them and they intercepted my package for me. Amazing. Took 19 days to come but worth it.
