I spent over €3,600 on a Mythos 6 in 1…

I spent over €3,600 on a Mythos 6 in 1 tap.

After swapping 4 CO2 bottles, every new one would not connect properly. It looks like Sodastream have changed the valve design slightly.

The seller and Franke (France) refuse to help.

It is a serious health and safety issue. The gas leaks slowly so it could be very dangerous.

I have tried contacting Franke Switzerland and other offices but no reply.

How can this service be so bad for a dangerous, faulty product?
