Blir lovet en dato for levering så kommer det kontramelding samme dag som de skulle ha ankommet med ny dato for ny levering

Ordered 10 photobooks from my wedding. Received 9. Phoned customer-service and they said that sometimes they ship 1 and then 9 other times they do it differently. No notification from Fotoknutsen about this. I ask if the book is on its way, and they said yes. I started to say "ok, then its not really a problem for me because" and in the middel of the sentence the operator just hangs up! Absolutely rude behaviour. Will not be buying from them again.

Good quality products, easy to use the online app.

Good service, good product, always satisfied

My partner previously ordered photos from this site and received someone else’s pictures along with their own. I just called to complain because my photos never arrived, and I’m worried they may have been sent to someone else. The customer service insisted this is completely impossible and NEVER happens – but it has already happened to us before. They will resend the photos, but next time I’ll be using a different company.

I ordered 2 photo products. One was as expected, the other with a slight damage on one corner. Not big enough to warrant a return, but enough for me to notice. I will probably go with another company next time.
I would have given 4 stars if met my expectation, 5 if exceeded. But this didn’t quite meet it, thus 3 stars.

Great and easy site, good quality product. I have bought from them 3-4 times now, always great quality, and the process of uploading the photos and having them made into an album is just stunningly easy.

Eg er alltid like fornøgd over kvalitet, pris, leveringstid og kundeservice. Fotoknudsen er uten tvil dei beste :) Fast kunde i over 12 år, and many more to come!

Easy to make a card. Quick service and delivery. Very happy with the results. Love the discounts you offer, they are very appealing and make it more inspiring to design, make & order cards etc.

God kvalitet, god rabatt

Two weeks and no action on the Christmas cards or the calendars I ordered. No reply to my email. And now it’s only four days until Christmas eve.

Half of the photos I upload from my phone disappeares in the process, but you don't get notified of which, and you need to do it several times. Really frustrating.
And they sent the 50 cards I ordered at the same time in 5 different cardboard pakages that was sent, and arrived at the same time. Really, really unnecessary and environmentally unconscious.

No warning that pre Christmas delivery was not possible until after order confirmation.

Hopeless 'app' to upload photos,

Loved the process of creation as it was user friendly and detailed. The quality of the paper was great and the postage was quick. I’m super happy and can definitely recommend the photobooks!

The website in itself isn't perfectly optimised, and operates a bit slow, which can be slightly annoying when ordering big amounts of prints.

The finished products, on the other hand, don't disappoint at all! They arrive quite quickly after the order, in great quality, and properly packed to prevent any transport damage.

But what really makes me give a 5-star rating is the customer service. After making a quite big order (40 calendars), I was contacted via email by a fotoknudsen staff, Christoph Marten, nicely offering me to get in touch directly with him for future orders of that magnitude. Soon after, he was extremely helpful when a production mishap affected said calendars. A few weeks later, I got in touch with him again regarding a new order, and he was immediately helpful and available, even responding late in the evening. He was also very open to feedback regarding the aforementioned issues, and generally made the communication and orders extremely smooth and easy to handle.
