Costum Charges you will get most of the time when you are buying from out of the UK since the Brexit is there. Normally most people know that. Terrible customer service
I ordered on 28th of December and paid an extra €25 to have it sent with immediate shipping with DHL. On the 2nd of January I asked for the tracking (which was in fact a DPD number) and the product was not yet shipped.... When I complained and wrote here on trustpilot the company accused me of lying and retaliated by cancelling the delivery - no refund. Good products but unfortunately terrible customer experience. Best to look elsewhere.
