Cheese delivered Hot and slightly melted
Unfortunately the two chesss i bought came and they were warm and a bit melted. Im sorry to say. I emailed to ask what should i do? But no response. I did put in the refrigerator. I have not opened yet. Im hoping its ok but on that day it was a very hot day. Cheese was hot.

The Parmigiano Reggiano is outstanding. It's the only one we buy. It also astounds me how in 2 or 3 days the cheese can start out in Italy and end up on my table!

Quality product
Quality product, met expectations. Only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the shipping. Glad the item was vacuum packed, because item came warm with ice pack just a bag of hot water. Ship faster, or dump FedEx.
